And this article says that Kelsall had been taking Seroquel when Dr Allman saw him in May 2012. I'm guessing that she maybe took him off it, if she was the doctor who thought he had been misdiagnosed?
Dr Allman told the jury she had a consultation with Kelsall on May 15, 2012 and discovered he had been taking Seroquel, a medication often prescribed to people with bipolar disorder.
The doctor said Kelsall revealed the intrusive thoughts after his mother Lynne left the room during the appointment.
He had been having intrusive thoughts about killing people on the way home at night, Dr Allman recorded in typed notes after the appointment.
Dr Allman said she understood Kelsalls thoughts to be repetitive and persistent.

The police officer in charge, detective Sgt Mark Dukes was questioned by Mr Watson about documents from Optus which suggest MR Huxley's phone had active social media use when he was killed.
When he was killed does that mean before or after?

Mr Ucar said he did not know if MH met the women using dating site "Plenty of Fish"

I am wondering if DK was still actually taking the seroquel when he saw Dr Allman.
Dr Allman refuted the suggestion that the intrusive thoughts were a bi product of the medication DK had been taking in the past.
She referred to Dr Boulton (psychiatrist) in June he had 2 consultations and was still discussing intrusive thoughts.
I ask again was he prescribed another medication and was he compliant?
Mr Breton reiterated that his client was "settled"in custody and was committed to fighting the charges.
There was discussion earlier in regard to "settled" maybe meaning appropriately medicated.
Could they be going for manslaughter due to diminished responsibility?
When would that need to be introduced?
