Here we go ... the Telegraph says the trial is commencing this morning.
(Not sure if the empaneling of the jury is news from earlier in the week and has already happened, or if it will commence today. They do tend to just update previous articles.)


"The now 21-year-old has pleaded not guilty to the charges and is due to stand trial in the Supreme Court from this morning.

The trial, estimated to run for four weeks, is being heard by Supreme Court Justice Robert Allan Hulme.

A jury of 12 people is expected to be empanelled this week, before the Crown’s opening address begins."

After a quick look, Justice Robert Allan Hulme looks like he may be a tough judge.

He saw through the 'mental condition' of this murderer, and sentenced him to the max that he could, with the sentence being reviewed by the Mental Health Tribunal.
