Talking to a friend that was born in Australia he told me that there is an agency that deals with Child sex trafficking and child murder. Apparently if you work for this agency your job is to solve cases and watch video tapes and look at evidence non stop until you can close the case. If at any time you say "This is getting to me and I need a break, or ask for counseling, they remove you from the case and you never hear the outcome of the case again. Most people refuse to do this because they have lived with the case for months or years and the thought of going away and never finding out what happens is impossible. So they endure and the rate of suicide is extremely high. He knew of 2 people that had taken themselves out. He said they are not allowed to discuss cases even with their spouses. Which I am sure adds to the stress.
He said that someone during that time that would know about forensics in that way was possibly a part of that organization. Instead of being mentally destroyed by images and evidence they actually went the other way. What Mr. Cruel was doing was on the cutting edge of forensics and more than likely even the police investigating the cases didn't understand why he did what did in cleaning, bathing, and using a condom.
