From the 7 News Article …
Massingham on Tuesday said police have “strong evidence” a body, believed to be that of Trotter, was found in a general waste wheelie bin on Maryvale St near where she lives on March 28.
Massingham would not comment on Trotter’s injuries and said her remains are yet to be found, with police working to locate her body after the bin was emptied later that day.
Massingham said the bin was collected by a rubbish truck later that morning, per the usual schedule, and was taken to the Nudgee Waste Transfer Station, where the rubbish was dropped into a pit.
“An additional 22 trucks also visited the site on that Tuesday,” he said.
“The loads from each of those trucks was compressed and then was taken away from the facility in six B-double semi-trailers.”
The rubbish was then taken to two dump sites in Rosedale and Swanbank, which have both been quarantined over the weekend, he added.
So somebody knew there was a body in a bin and didn’t report it and let it be collected by the garbage truck????
That is what it sounds like .. which is just horrendous !
