NSW has 6324 new COVID-19 cases, three deaths and 521 in hospital; Woman 'mortified' over wrong COVID-19 results

NSW has recorded 6324 new COVID-19 cases, three deaths and 521 in hospital- a rise of more than 20 people. Victoria has recorded 1999 new COVID-19 cases and three further deaths. There are 368 people in hospital with the virus. A Sydney laboratory has apologised after 400 people were told they had tested negative for COVID-19 when they were positive, with testing sites in NSW and Victoria overwhelmed again today.
