I don't understand. Does he mean from a boat or from where?
Did we ever determine if Chardon had a boat? I know we looked at that, at one time. But I cannot recall the outcome.

I thought I read Foster could only convince police to wire him for one occasion. Was that the occasion of the 'meltdown' and alleged confession? Probably not. We keep hearing about the evidence of Foster's 'notes'. Nothing about the evidence of a recording, so far.
I'm as keen as anyone to get Chardon convicted. But Foster has zero credibility as far as I'm concerned.

Can't remember if he did or not, in this news report Foster says Chardon wanted to buy a boat.

I agree, and that is a worry. Even if he is being factual, his history will allow defence lawyers to tear his credibility to shreds.
I would think that the only passable credible info from him will be what was secretly recorded. I haven't heard how it was recorded, just that the prison authorities wanted the recording method suppressed ... for obvious reasons.
Although, if the police have bits of evidence that back up any of his claims, that may help.
A MAN accused of murdering his wife had a male Filipino lover who says he was asked if he could kill after the pair had sex for the first time, a court has heard.
Marshall Bari Aguilor appeared in Brisbane Magistrates Court where he gave evidence in the committal hearing for John Chardon, who is accused of the murder his wife Novy Chardon in 2013.
Aguilor claimed he met the Gold Coast businessman through an Asian online dating website when he was trying to help his female friend meet men.

I was pretty disgusted, too, when I read this alleged comment from him. Just thankful that Novy's children are away from him for a while. Just hoping and hoping that they are in a safe place, because I am not sure of the credentials of the last carer that we heard they were with.

Chardon seeking judge-alone Qld trial
Accused wife murderer John Chardon will seek a judge-only trial when his case is heard by the Supreme Court in Brisbane later this year.
Chardon is due to go to trial after Magistrate Penelope Hay ruled in May there was enough evidence, including explosive claims from convicted con man Peter Foster and a Filipino man claiming to be Chardon's lover.
Marshall Bari Aguilor said the alleged murderer asked him if he could kill his wife Novy and also paid him to hire three hit men
I've received a Google Alert about a story on Novy. Thing is when I click the link it's not there, I get a 404.

Did anyone else catch it?
