Accessory to murder charges dropped in cold case of NSW mother Pauline Sowry​

A man has wept in court as he learned charges he was facing over a suspected historic murder have been dropped.

Leon Boeyen, 64, had been in prison since May last year, charged with accessory after the fact to murder and concealing a serious indictable offence in the case of Pauline Sowry.

He's being released even though they caught him on a wiretap in his own home talking about two people murdering her and disposing of her body. I feel so bad for her son.
