Case Presentation
We have reason to believe that there were at least three persons involved in the undertaking of, The Barrow Creek Incident. In Whatever context.
Therefore if, A represents The suspect. B represents Miss lees. and C represents Mr Falconio we have four probable case scenario.
Each must be thoroughly investigated, not one more to the detriment of the other.
The first scenario is that, A The Suspect and, B Miss Lees and, C Mr Falconio conspired together to fake the death of C Mr Falconio,
And in so doing placed the evidence at the scene to convince an authority that it would appear that Mr Falconio was shot and that the evidence was placed at the scene to convince an authority that it would appear that Miss lees was deprived of liberty.
The police published witness timeline, the statements made by the witnesses up that timeline and the type of evidence found at the scene and, why there is a lack of certain evidence fully support this case scenario.
Therefore, this case scenario is the one with the highest probability factor.
The Second case scenario, is that A The suspect and B Miss lees conspired together to take the life of C, Mr Falconio and in so doing left the evidence at the scene convincing an authority that it would appear that C, Mr Falconio was shot, and that the evidence was placed at the scene to convince an authority that it would appear that B, Miss lees was deprived of Her liberty.

The Death or Deception of
Mr Peter Marco Falconio
In the re-enactment the vehicles were taken to the scene of crime on 'carriers' and placed in the position as defined by, the statement given by Miss Lees.
But not as defined in the statements made by the witnesses D.E. and F.
Did the investigations authority have, the witness accounts at the time of the 1st re-enactment?
Or was this why they may have been unable to re-enact the scene of crime accordingly?
They failed, to drive the vehicles up the witness timeline and into the s.o.c. in order to establish whether the account given by Miss Lees, either did, or did not match the statements and or evidence found at the scene.
For had they done this they would have established that the evidence did not match her initial statement, or the witness accounts given.
Thus confirming that the statement made by witness 'E' who was driving south, actually fits the evidence and case scenario, That is that the Kombi was on the western side of, The Highway, and that the second vehicle (The Suspect) was leaving the scene.
Therefore, if the Suspect was leaving the scene, he could not put the Kombi into the Bush as he was leaving and could not drive both vehicles, technically he had left the scene, leaving only Miss Lees.
Remember. Miss Lees had her hands tied in front of her in the position in which she was found, her hands were tied Apart, they were NOT bound together, (Thus enabling her to manipulate the steering wheel of the Kombi).
Witness 'F' believes that they saw torchlight: this was one hour 'After' The suspect had left the scene with Mr Falconio Dead or Alive..
The evidence found and the statements made therefore, confirm that, only the footprints of Miss Lee's could have returned to the Highway from the Kombi, After She alone parked it in the Bush.
If, The kombi was found 104 mtrs from where Miss Lees said she was hiding from the assailant.
The assailant could not have put the kombi in the bush,
If he had done so, he would have been seen, either driving up the highway in the kombi or walking back to his own vehicle by witness 'E.
As the suspect had, only 15 minutes between witness 'D' and witness 'E' to carry out all the manoeuvres as Defined in the statement of Miss Lees.
This being. Murder, Binding, Gagging, Kidnapping, Escape, Search and removal of the key piece of evidence from the scene, and the fact that the suspect would take approximately 5 minutes To Park the Kombi and walk back to his own
Utility Vehicle within this 15 minutes time-span tells us that ,
Miss Leess case scenario timed out.
Therefore If Miss Lees put the Kombi in the Bush as established by the evidence and the statements made, then she was free to leave the scene had she chosen to do so.
If she was free to leave the scene, she was not a victim of the crime, but was party to the events that led up to the death or the disappearance of,
Mr Peter Marco Falconio.
Miss Lees had to appear to be a victim, otherwise she would be The Prime Suspect.
Please Note that, while absence of evidence, is not evidence of absence, and while the evidence in itself, does not lie.
This applies in reverse, as the presence of evidence is not evidence of presence. If it is believed that the evidence may have been placed at the scene to pervert the course of justice.
The evidence indicates the involvement of two or more persons
Miss lees gave a statement and a description of the suspect in the Queensland Incident. Of which was televised
But Not that of Mr Bradley John Murdoch, Why!
Mr Murdoch cannot give a statement if he was not there.
If he made one up, he would be perverting the course of Justice.
Miss Lees has made a claim against the Northern Territory Government for compensation, for being the victim of a crime.
If The evidence and witness accounts clearly establish, Beyond Reasonable Doubt That she Was Party to the undertaking of, The Barrow Creek Incident.
That claim would be fraudulent and, Fraud, is a Federal Offence?
If we are led to believe it took three and a half hours to get from Alice Springs to the scene of
'The Barrow Creek Incident'
With Exception of the 30 minute break at Ti-Tree
Yet take the suspect over four and a half hours to get from Barrow Creek back to Alice Springs?
What route could he have taken to add the extra hour and half to the return journey, or any journey off the Stuart Highway of up to 45 minutes each way in order to establish a victim drop zone, and a new search footprint.
As This should be, standard operational procedure.

One possible scenario is that Peter Falconio and Joanne Lees were helping to finance their trip by selling ecstacy pills and marijuana. This in turn upset the 'big boys' who had dibs on that particular patch and didn't look to kindly on some interloping tourists upsetting their livelihood. Let's face it, the orange Kombi stood out and would not have been difficult to track down by anyone wanting to find them. I don't believe that Peter Falconio was shot at the scene. More likely he was punched in the face causing a nose bleed (and we know how much they bleed) and rendered unconcious. He was bundled into the attacker's vehicle and taken to nearby Neutral Junction and this is where he was eventually killed. His body is probably buried somewhere out there on that huge property.
I don't believe that Joanne Lees was ever in the back of Murdoch's ute or any other ute for that matter. The crawl space she referred to was in fact the Kombi, the only reference she had to a vehicle about the same size as the 4WD. At the time of the attack she was asleep in the back of the Kombi and wasn't initially aware of what was going on. It was only when the attacker moved the Kombi to where it was found that he realised that she was there. This is when her hands were tied and an attempt was made to tie her legs and gag her mouth with tape. Murder wasn't on the agenda at this stage. Falconio was simply going to be taught a lesson and brought back to the Kombi, beaten and sore but a lot wiser to the ways of drug peddling. Unfortunately that lesson went too far and he was killed in the process.
The description Joanne Lees gave of her attacker fits that of Chris Malouf and all of his aliases. Why so many aliases. Who is Chris Malouf and did he know Brad Murdoch, James Hepi and the owner/manager of Neutral Junction? Was he also a drug dealer? Did he have a relationship with corrupt cops in the area? Was he hired as a 'heavy' to take care of the poms peddling pills?
And then there is the dead dog found on the road to Neutral Junction about a week after Falconio disappeared. This dog had been shot. Why? Who owned that dog?

Has there ever been any follow up in regard to the fire on the side of the road as mentioned by Joanne Lees? Did investigators find the place where this fire was supposed to have occurred? Did they search for footprints, tyre tracks etc. or any other forensic evidence?

Hi Makara, and yes,that is plausible as we use the power of hind sight we can see the box of rotten apples ...right from the top down...
and I am not proud to say, but it go's right through the policing system of that time in the Northern Territory...
...and the other side,of bad cop good cop...
is that Peter Falconio was busted by a good cop,in Kings Canyon by an under cover agent (Chris Malouf...and all the other names that he chose to use) and you must remember ONLY a undercover drug squad member could get away with that) pass from Kings Canyon right through to Barrow Creek right before our eyes...but never having to be asked to please explain or appear in court ...

Hi Continuum, I've never heard about the Kings Canyon drug bust. Was that reported in the media? So you're saying that Chris Malouf was the undercover cop who busted Peter Falconio? Malouf was a good cop, bad cop. I'm not really following here. Could you elaborate further for me.

Good cop,as he did the bust but not good by not stepping up to the plate and exposing this big muck up ...
He did try in different guises,but was warned of with three plain clothed wallopers landing on his front steps...
Kings canyon was where they tried there first runner from,as Joanne mentioned in her book...went bush hunting short cuts out of the place but was rounded up again and was escorted though to the Alice ...
Coober pedy,back over the border?would have been nice.... but never made it ...

THE body of Peter Falconio, the British man murdered in the Australian outback, has never been found but this evening Seven's Today Tonight show claimed to know the spot where it was dumped - and next week plan to reveal its exact location.
Producers claimed to have found a witness to the aftermath of a murder after all this time and trailer footage shows a green paddock with eucalyptus trees and a well. One of their investigative team was a woman who is an expert in locating hidden burial sites.
We thought we'd remind readers of award-winning News Corp Australia reporter Paul Toohey's frustrating and bizarre search for Falconio's body back in 2010.

How does Paul Jackson know that Peter Falconio was shot in the back of the head? If Falconio was indeed shot, it could have been to any part of his body.
I really hope they do find Peter Falconio's body and a gun in that well. Hopefully the owner of the gun can be traced and will put to rest once and for all what actually happened to Falconio and the true identity of his killer.
