I think that perhaps this boy has gone missing before? Upon searching his name, I find articles from November 2018 asking for assistance in finding a boy with the exact same description.

If this is the case the question is why.

The links i found for November were no longer valid. It is so hard these days, and usually it is a difference in behaviour of what is and isn't acceptable.

You have parents that don't care and then you have those who truly are doing their best and go through hell trying to raise kids to be caring and sensible adults. Knowing which the missing kid falls into makes it difficult to help.
