I don't think it'd take much to rack up a sizeable debt if people are using $1000 a day of ice - jebus who even has that sort of money for drugs.
Dealers like to keeps those selling in debt to them - bit of tic keeps them loyal and motivated to sell ...
Yes 3 families with unrecoverable losses of young men who aren't even old enough to know the world really and their place in it and their views and beliefs - yes still hope for young men for personal growth and rehabilitation and a worthy life led - but alas not for Sam (heart breaking).
I suspect limited outlook really re. Dyball - certainly character flaws evident from early on as many who knew him say - my daughter actually said after high school of all the people she went to school with he was most likely to do a mass killing Martin Bryant style! A prediction made even before his IS debacle. Certainly personality disorder I reckon and OCD tendencies as well...

Hey guys I have just found you all and registered so I'm sorry I am so late to the party but I really feel for Sam and his family at this time :( Again I know it's late but from the first time I saw the CCTV of Sam leaving his apartment I thought he was obviously under the infleuence. Most likely meth. As someone who works in drugs and alcohol the telltale signs are there. Putting on his sunnies to hide his eyes, the fidgeting, overwhelming paranoia, the lingering by the door before going in the lift like if someone was in the lift he would take the stairs but trying to look like that was his intention. He also looks quite drawn and gaunt as compared to his fb photos which is another sign of ice addiction, he clearly hasn't had a shaved in a while... perhaps if he was dealing he was maybe sampling a little too much of the product to remain profitable for the higher ups.... :/

No one seems surprised by AR and his actions! What a tragedy that was predictable yet avoidable. I just hope Samuel didn't suffer.

I suspect he was lured to RB's house where military psycho-guy choked him out fairly quickly - forensics will tell all

No body, no way of knowing except "hearsay"

Either way I hope they rot for it

I agree, they made a conscious choice to kill if that is in fact who killed Sam, and they are not victims here, but Sam is, and his family will now suffer for it too. The perps. are victims of their own downfall, and they can now take the consequences of their actions.
As parents yes kids can break our hearts, regardless of what kind of family they come from. But i have always told mine if you do a crime you will get caught and you will then pay for that. It goes with being an adult and accountability.
My Love & Prayers for Sam & his family, because none of you deserved what happened, there are no excuses for it IMO.

Long time lurker first time poster
Just wondering where you guys are seeing photos of RB. In my own research I found some photos under a Facebook profile of a lady I thought could be his Mum. But on further investigation this person ended up having a different name. I wasn't able to find anything else? What initials of RBs Mum? Thanks

Welcome to the forum.

Apparently they have been at this location for 2-3 days so it lines up with the arrests.
It's not far from bald hills or Narangba (less than 30 mins on the highway) and a crime spot.
With a cadaver dog it's hard to say it's not linked.
Perhaps more info has been provided by the suspects?
I haven't heard of any other murders or missing persons in the area. I live in the middle of bald hills and Narangba.
It's an assumption but one based on recent events IMO.

Speaking outside court this morning after the hearing, Dyball's lawyer Alex Jones said he had been in touch with Dyball's family."It's quite shocking for them," Mr Jones said.
"As you would expect, [Dyball's] quite upset at the situation he's found himself in.
"[However] discussions that I've had with my client will remain confidential."

(Can't cut and paste but he is experienced in multiple murders and drugs, what a guy!!!)

LOL, Upset at the situation he's found himself in? What did he expect if he murdered someone, a medal? What an idiot. Not as upset as when he'll be in gen. pop. in prison if he's guilty.

I wonder if the first guy that was arrested told LE what he knew, and that's why there was the second arrest? They now need to give up where Sam is, maybe that's why there was this search today?

I know that someone has to do it but I always wonder how defence lawyers sleep at night. To represent people who they will know are guilty ( And I am not talking about this case). Like when does one decide they want to be a defence lawyer against scum of the earth?
