To the left of the house is a vet surgery. The right is a home occupied by a single elderly lady.

Often a ute was parked out the front with Lawnmowing gear on it. Weemo was the business name I think.

Thank you!

I just realised that Google maps that I was looking at is from June 2016.....who knows if he was there then?

A loan for an $80,000 car would be impossible to get for an unemployed 22 year-old childcare worker, I would think.

Where are you getting the $80,000 figure from? And what's to say Sam didn't get the loan when employed? Were his parents helping him out financially? So much we don't really know IMO.

THB after having to browse through a good 15 pages to get to back on track is quite frustrating. Yes we are here to discuss and sleuth, but while I appreciate difference of opinion but stating over and over again how MSM is painting AD in the wrong/ or some how his previous media spotlight is making us ill informed. At the end of the day, we are here to discuss the murder of Sam. atm Ad and Rb and the ones who are charged. If the shoe was on the other foot we would be doing exactly the same..while I do sympathise that you have a connection with Ad, it's just what goes on here, it's not a personal attack. ;)

A gofundme page has been set up for Sam's family, a lovely write up of his life. Only mention of work is childcare.

are links of this nature able to be shared?

Not sure? You could ask one of the mods.

The $80,000 figure has been quoted in many msm articles.

Could it of been Wemo?

Wemo Water Wise Solutions based in Wellington Point offers gardening services, lawn mowing, landscaping etc

If it is this, then that would explain the mattock he bought at Bunnings. I was wondering what the heck he would have a mattock for. It would be unusual to use a mattock for the kind of thing that MSM mentioned had happened to Sam, but not so questionable if he was replacing one that had been handy and used at the time of the crime.

Uses for a tomahawk: .... everyday tasks, such as chopping, cutting ...
Uses for a mattock: .... used for digging and chopping ....

More commonly used in gardening, I think. But it could have a variety of uses, for sure.

One thing that I noticed on the GoFundMe page is that Sam's parents were alerted to his plight when friends contacted them saying that Sam was not answering his phone.
Also, he was reported as missing on 9th March. Then the media coverage started on 10th March.

Well, I find the symbah's post about Wemo thought provoking .... given the mattock and tomahawk.
But I also find interesting that it may be that an uncle has a Home Improvement business, too.
