This is a pure guesswork but from this picture of RB, I'm betting he's the shorter individual in the home invasion captured on CCTV. The still of the short guy provided by another poster a few pages back, the young guy just didn't look like AD imo, this person has a baby face and I think it's RB.

Glad you found the photo/s I was refering to, before my post was mod snipped (rookie error posting oops!) AD's face (very withdrawn) is in total contrast to the other image in September.


Here's the screen cap from the robbery from QPS footage where the clumsy one has his face revealed. As I mentioned in my other post, the suspect looks very baby faced. Dressed in total contrast to the other offender (suited up).

I find that image of the second robber confusing because all in all the other facial shots he appears to be wearing a mask over the lower part of his face. I don't know whether it's a resolution issue or the video has deliberately blurred out his face. I'm inclined to think he's wearing a mask in this side shot as well but it's clinging to his face. I'm not willing to conclude that he's baby-faced.

I wonder how the heights mentioned were judged. If they came from the victims' descriptions they might deliberately misleading.

I've been trying to find this video of RB's arrest, no luck.

Maybe, he's bulked up in the last 6 mths. It just fits his mates description that he couldn't 'bruise a grape'.

I believe it was played through channel 9 i could be wrong though? I could see him inside the vehicle he seemed average build from a split second glimpse though.

Thanks xmsmadex. I looked for any articles on RB arrest but only the more recent information about the second arrest of AD is all i could find, and nothing much about the other one. The older news articles are hard to find i think, but good luck.

Heights may have been interpreted by the dimensions of the bannister hand railing?

I don't know about that? This usually happens in criminal cases after arrests that FB profiles disappear or go private. Police can also pull people's FB after a crime they are investigating.

I think it would be quite complicated, you'd need to take into account foreshortening due to the angle of the camera and maybe the specifications of the lens. Robin Bowles in her Falconio book tried to work out someone's height in CCTV by taking various measurements from the site, camera height and so on. I can't remember exactly, but I don't think she succeeded. I know it wasn't straightforward.

I don't know if there was drug involvement in this case or not, and if that is why ST was murdered?
There is a chance it may well have been, and i don't think anyone is discounting that, but it is still being investigated at this stage. If the police find evidence of drug trafficking there will be additional charges laid on the perps. and a harsher sentence than they are already looking at IMO.
But unless police have the evidence to prove drug trafficking, which i'm not so sure about, i think it will be a moot point in court.
