Boscaino's name isn't on the current list for today the 19th. October.

It probably changes daily and maybe his was referred to some other court because it should be going to trial at some stage?
I can't remember if there was a committal hearing yet either?

I don't think there's been a committal hearing yet, I think msm would cover that.

Not sure I understand?? The post I made the other day, Boscaino was listed on the Brisbane Arrest court list not just a court regular court list. To me that indicates he has done something else to be arrested (or put before the arrest court).

Yes the court lists change daily for whoever is to appear that day. He was on ths Brisbane Arrest court list not just a regular court list. They have had a couple of appearances. If I had time i would go back to where I had posted screenshots of appearances and they tell you whether they are mentions or callovers or whatever.

Have Boscaino & Dyball had a Summary Hearing yet where they would plead guilty or not guilty?

Probably not Drb, I just thought it interesting as I've been past for work a few times over the last few months and the place looked empty, it's definitely not now. I thought weemo was discussed here at length and after months has returned. IMO

Perhaps. Even though everyones time is at 9am they may go consecutively or one at 9am and one at 3pm. I wouldnt read too much into it imho

Agreed. Could we reasonably assume that they haven't turned on each other? Their reps wouldn't want the possibility of a chance meeting and certain facts revealed/ discussed? IMO

Possibly. One would think theyd keep them apart. If their friendship has gone south over this and so they don't have any opportunity to collaborate stories if they are still tight imo
