I believe they found the crowbar used in the initial attack against Sam a few months before his murder. It was in the front yard of the previous neighbours (where Sam was living at the time of the attack). [From channel 9 news report]

POLICE have discovered a crowbar believed to be linked to an attack on Gold Coast businessman Sam Dhody, who was later gunned down in his home.
A police media spokeswoman said police found a weapon at Gumleaf Drive at Molendinar about 11am yesterday.

A MAN accused of murdering his lover's partner could die within seven months if he is left to languish in prison.

The Brisbane District Court was yesterday told Adam James Gooley, 32, was being kept alive by an artificial heart which he received two months ago and could be dead if his trial was not held before March next year.
