Concerns for missing 85yo woman in Perth's southern suburbs

'Police are concerned about the welfare of an 85-year-old Perth woman who has been missing for two days.
Stella Chapman was last seen walking from her Willeton home, near High Road and Vahland Avenue, about 3:00pm on Friday.
She is described as being between 135 and 140 centimetres tall, with short white hair, a medium build and a fair complexion.
It is believed she was wearing dark framed glasses, a calf-length black coat, black pants and blue shoes.
Police said Ms Chapman may also be wearing a grey beret and carrying a woven straw hat.
She has a number of medical issues and police have called on the public for help in locating her.'
