It is interesting, but I cannot see anything to link Tanya's case to the others. There seem to be no common factors other than the general area. She was much younger than the other victims, no note appeared and she does not seem to have had an especially risky lifestyle (as with Marion Sandford). It may be that the police have knowledge of some connection not mentioned in the article (such as the movements of Robert Adams) but otherwise it feels as if Tanya has been thrown into the pot simply because she is another case which could be closed. Hardly an unknown approach by police, whether in Australia or elsewhere.
I would still like to know if police have ruled out Wilder and, if so, on what basis. If they have good grounds for eliminating Wilder then Adams becomes a more interesting suspect. Remember that Wilder was visiting his parents only 2-3 miles from Tanya's home, she fits his victim profile and he was prolific - including on visits to Australia.
