I don’t think he intentionally took drugs or wanted to go to a party. Someone would have seen. I think it was some ice heads having a joke at his expense then a terrible accident. They knew the area. They weren’t big people all that ducking and weaving. They had done it so many times. Perhaps the guy that’s gone from the front camp was sick of them stirring . He could have got mad. They ran hid . Then he is involved in the terrible tragedy. But the initial young people he trusted would be to scared to talk if the guy was scary or threatened them . All would be well and truely dissapeared now. Re the hat some homeless person probably found it on the ground tommy even and was wearing it then saw all the posters . Freaked washed it in the sea or whatever. And threw it back when coast clear. Didn’t want to be involved probably has recorded. Didn’t want to be tied up in that.

I truly believe there is more than one involved. And one would have a very guilty conscience. Probably od or suicide as a result. Not all can live with that. I’d be asking the lady who does the food service who’s missing of late. Who is not friends anymore. Who’s hitting the drugs extremely. There has to be a way . Surely. They eat there . Who’s no longer around. It can’t be like this with no camera, no witnesses, just vanished. Impossible.

I’ve got to get back to uni work Mature age don’t do it to yourselves Ahh. December. Can’t believe he just disappeared. Like that. The Bega girls solved quickly in comparison. Anyway but tommy or others would be able to describe the guy who has vacated his tent. At the front of the beach and left new tarp. The 5 min I recon was the young guys getting there ice pipe etc. stash . They need to get to someone on the inner group pay them a lot and offer them a new life. Someone will leak. They all are quite cos they all have records. Some sex offenders other never went to court . They all have that in common hence they stick together and have stuff on each other so it’s a tight stack. But it only takes one domino to fall. A lot though have no identification. So why not start at Centrelink with the ones that do. Find one with the worst secret / record that they can handle. Offer a deal. Get the information. I feel like the police haven’t done enough. The family got all the phone data. Like seriously

Can’t they track any phones in the same vacinity and path as his.

The Police would need a warrant and that requires solid grounds. Google and Telstra won't potentially breach privacy without being covered.

With Adrian Ernest Bailey and Jill meagher case they tracked the phones but it was within 24?hours and they went through tolls etc. but they followed an identical path. Which brought him undone . However she worked for abc so perhaps they worked harder. I don’t believe they have followed sufficiently all leads of enquiring. It’s been a bit of a disaster. Really

It’s also interesting how that beach camp stuff (new ropes & tarp/s) are still there (or remained untouched for some time) since June. Wouldn’t you think they’d be sought after bits that would disappear pretty quickly?

Also would’ve helped that it happened in a popular spot in Melbourne, and the cctv captured known crim Bailey following her. The police said no one followed Theo out of the bar, so there’s no one yet to follow I guess. How did no other cctv anywhere catch him, even briefly? I really like your ideas about dangling a big carrot at those that congregate around YAK and Tennyson, and live in the national park to hand over info.

It’s also interesting how that beach camp stuff (new ropes & tarp/s) are still there (or remained untouched for some time) since June. Wouldn’t you think they’d be sought after bits that would disappear pretty quickly?

The ones that do no go to Centrelink eat at the homeless shelter. They all have a lot to loose if they talk it’s like anything . Some have skipped bale, some falling out of society. Some have serious records. Why are they looking in to the camp and finding out who these people really are. Tommy would have met the guy . Everyone knows everyone when you move in the same circles. It’s bizzar the way it’s been investigated. Surely a regular is no longer showing up for meals. Surely you would notice chances in behaviour. Tommy seems weird to me to. They have to infiltrate the group pay someone off offer them a clean slate for closure. Bet it’s cases closed sooner rather than later

And there was no other footage of her. Just a random shop it was the phone that did him. There’s so much that foamy seem to be followed up. The family have done most the work thank god the relation was great with computers. The lag in time is the problem with Theo to. A lot of cameras over film after 24 h or a wk. they were not even collecting video after a wk. so much evidence gone. So many feared in to secrecy

actually how funny no one has touched his camp. That is bizarre. Why has it all not cleared out. Hmm. I reckon those young boys and him know something he got jacked of them walking through he camp all the time being smart . They went around tommy been there for ages so respect amongst the homeless. That guy who was there was bad news . Why has anyone gone in and identifyed him

This as I mentioned below is a scary fact. No one has dared touch his tarps etc. now that’s a key point there. Who was he. !

There must be footage of him buying the goods. Down the st. Someone could identify him. In that group . He’s obviously not someone you want to mess with and how bold just having your camp right on the beach like . This is my joint. Most people suffering mental illness which lead them to homelessness become hermets like their own little place. This guy hmm. Wonder if any rapes or assaults were reported. Dark people off there heads perfect spot for a predator.

Glad you mentioned that as I thought the same. Nothing to do with his living choices. It was how he kept talking, like rambling to fill the gaps. Like him saying how he feeds the animals and there’s lots of rats, and that there’s nothing to do in Canberra. He’d be anxious he’s going to get kicked out, but it was like he was trying too hard or over compensating. I don’t know him and that might just be his usual way.

Reckon that’d be a job for a police styled mediator, like an undercover cop or social worker or the like. Someone who doesn’t stand out too much but can infiltrate and discreetly negotiate.
