Just revisiting this early route map published. We talked a lot about the Cowper Street jagged movement beside the oval and along Cowper Street in thread one, then the second smoother route map became the one to use.

Is the Cowper Street up and down movement accurate? It came from family or police based on phone tracking, and is more detailed around the oval than the next published gps map.

So I cant find any MSM to say he went for a swim only that he went for a walk. I have had a good look to get some further understanding just nothing.

Unless he left a note (If he ended his life) then yes would consider it a suicide but we wont be privy to that info.

Even if his death was related to drowning or from injuries falling off a cliff, IMO he still may have been thrown off a cliff or in the water.

The reason I am bringing this up is the location the backpacker, the hostel, the month.

Police maintain they think Theo met with misadventure and may have fallen over the cliff and drowned.

Back then (2009) we did not have google maps and the tech that we do now.

Look what Theos family have found out about Theo after the fact that LE said that they beleive he may have fallen off the cliff and at this point do not suspect foul play.

If we did not have the tech we do now and access to Theos accounts by his family we would probably all be thinking the same as LE and not sluething Theos where abouts.

Hey admin this is George Maloukis!

I find it very frustrating when people don’t look at the bigger picture and have tunnel vision and don’t open their minds to what makes sense based on actual facts and what makes logical sense to fill the gaps!

I must add that I made it clear I would not do a podcast because if I did I was going to let loose about how I felt of the leaders of the searchers So I did not!

I would also like to make it clear I was not the instigator of people assumptions of Theo on Grinder this was mentioned many times over prior to me being on Grinder!

Before I start I’d like to say hello to my haters, GDAY!

I know where the hat was found! It came in 3’s 1. Hat was found, 2. Ring was found, 3, it was Princess my dogs birthday who turned 2 so it was on the 7/7!

The person in charge on the day was Irish George! He was adamant to go north and I argued the fact to go South because we had done the north so many times. So Irish George then decided to split the teams! Two teams went my direction and two teams followed Irish George! It was raining like crazy! We were all soaked and the second team that walked south in my direction found the hat! My team had found the camp site which was next to where the hat was found but did not notice the hat next to the log as we went to the camp sight and checked that out! I have all the pictures and some video of the campsite!

At the next meeting I congratulated the finder for such a huge find because the leaders did not!

Couple of key things to note!

1. Princess dug about 30cm deep in CC and pulled out a big bone! But could be anyone’s or anything it was raised with the leaders and they took no interest so I gave it to someone there!

2. There was a dead smell, smelt on the two occasions I was there just up from CC! But no one cared to much and I was told it was probably a dead animal!

3. I was approached yesterday and was given some WoW information but it was not direct so wait for further verification.

4. Someone told the family and media I was a suspect! So I only talk to two persons.

5. Some have questioned my experience in this field!! I worked as a skip tracer, finding people that took off!! My awards include, 1. Month winner, 2. quarterly winner, half yearly winner, yearly winner! I was one of the best in finding people that did a runner using multiple methods!! I would be working on old files that people had worked on for years and failed! I would turn every stone until I found them! In relation to my other achievements! 1. Security Manager of the year! Finalist manager of the year! team of the year! And my list goes on! No to brag! But I’m analytically minded mixed in with common sense and a dash or raspberry soda! I don’t give up until I get something worked out or solved!

6. Always remember that an outcome can be changed by some minute piece of information that comes through which would make more sense! I will change my conclusions if I need to! If I did not then my theory would be incorrect!. I have concluded only two theories that have happened! My theories will not be perfectly exact as they can never be but they will be very close!

People can say what they like but the proof is in the pudding! Enjoy!

The picture you asked your friend to post is not where the hat was found. You were with the team that went to Cosy Corner and made no recommendation to go south - that decision was already made in the days prior to the search. Please stop making up information and repeatedly claiming that all the good ideas were yours. Do you realise that things posted on here could be picked up by the media, and spreading false information can be detrimental to the case. You’re the one who needs to think about the bigger picture.

Could you please reference these awards you claim to have? I don't think security related awards, at least, have any import that would regard you as an expert or even a professional.
Your claims about what you think of yourself are mere claims. As you say, "the proof is in the pudding".
Wasn't it you that searched bushland near Kings Beach based on 'visions'?
Do you have anything other than a basic education? Any tertiary qualifications in Criminology or Law? Any tertiary training or experience in complex problem solving methodology?
I'm trying to ascertain how your claims about yourself match reality and why you should be regarded as having specialised expertise above many others who don't bloat themselves and whose experience and training you know nothing of.

If you have valuable information then a professional approach would be to contribute to the podcast while restraining from expressing any personal feelings you have.

I’d imagine part of being professional would also be waiting for a family to formally engage your services as an investigator before running off and doing your own thing.

And to not release information against advice that could potentially compromise an investigation and lead to mistrust. I think the family had enough to deal with without having their trust compromised.
It's about respect and here we are being asked to respect an opinion and consider it as expertise.
Even if verified as an insider respect comes from us.
I think people are always entitled to do their own thing but need to be conscious of the implications of what they put 'out there'.

I think it's insinuated the potential perp placed the hat because they either followed or guided Theo along that path, that's how they would have known without the GPS data.

I’m hearing a lot about how it couldn’t be planted. If this is foul-play the perp/s would know exactly where to drop it off. If so, the choice of location becomes intriguing. I’ve heard a lot of discussion about the various people who could have planted it, so was thinking of it from that perspective. But yes, if there was a perp they would likely know the path taken too, you’re right. In the podcast they say the hat was lost when he went bush after Tommys camp, so I’d say it would have been between the two camps somewhere.

Well IMO this is an interesting reply! Unless you are Irish George then you have no idea because i was speaking to him standing at CC car park just me and him planning the day! He will verify this! The picture I sent with the clothes is correct! Facing south to the left! The girl that found it was actually going to walk to the right but told me something made her go to the left around the log and she found the cap! The other girl that was sent with my team was because she was out of control and no one wanted her in their team! The truth is why even hide facts! I said there is only two theories! And yes if I’m right I’m right!! You will need to accept other people can sometimes be better! The problem is the searchers hide info and then anyone that comes up with a great idea they say no and then release it as theirs so they can get the credit for it! I’m not saying the pre plan was not made but can you send all of us a picture of the planning for the 7/7 and it will say to go NORTH! Then call up Irish George and he will tell you! Then start to give credit to the people that achieved something in the search rather than try and show it was only the leaders that have done anything at all! Perp is from the area? Maybe that’s why they didn’t leave and came back to plant the hat.

Also they would of known where to plant it because they were with Theo when he walked through the bush. I think it was planted here to distract the searches from the real search area? Maybe they were getting close to finding something.

Totally agree with the hat not consistent with being in the weather for 5 weeks. Where is the bleaching from the sun? Especially a dark coloured item like that you would expect some sort of colour fading. The picture of where the hat was found does have sunlight on it. So it was exposed to sunlight..... for supposedly 5 weeks!

Just a thought as well maybe the perp knew how close they were getting because they were one of the searches. I’m not saying anyone in particular but a lot of the time the perp gets involved in the search to plant evidence, keep an eye on progress, have a explanation why their DNA would be on and in the area.

@Harpboon About the colour of the hat : Théo had been wearing it for months so their would have been some bleaching before it fell to the ground so.... I don't know what to think now but cousin Lisa would know. Re- one of the Poscast a lady says when the cap was found there was no sunlight because the canopy was full of leaves. The bleaching must have appear before Théo went missing.
