Yes Grapey *vomit*.
Sorry for his family and the extended. The foster care agency.
No mention of Tiahleigh's family, friends or those that loved her.

Just this. It did not matter about her occasional naughtiness you could not help love HER and I still do.....*puke*

Tiah named just once in the letter, if you ignore the reason he was writing the letter in the first place because he was pleading guilty to murdering her.

'I was supposed to protect you': Child killer Rick Thorburn's confession letter

He was also supposed to protect (or, at least, not harm) the two young children at his wife's daycare ... after he murdered Tiah. Apparently one charge of rape, and one charge of attempted rape, according to the video drsleuth posted in post #1520.

This is a violent man.

The case would begin to crack wide open in late April 2016, six months after Tia went missing, when an unrelated complaint was lodged against Thorburn with police. It related to alleged sexual offending against two girls, both under 12, from the family’s daycare centre.

Thorburn was charged with these separate offences within days and they are still before the court. But the investigation into Tia’s murder was turned on its head, putting the focus back on Thorburn.

Josh was aware of a story that his father had previously killed someone, possibly a guard, in a youth institution in New Zealand. “I immediately knew Dad had killed Tia,” he told police.

Why? Do you think that parent's don't have duty to care for their children?

On the evening that Tiah was murdered the duty of care was all with her foster parents, Richard and Julene Thorburn.

imo

So, if Cindy has straightened her life out, why didn't she get Tiahleigh back? r Tialeigh was almost 13 years old. Her mother had lots of time to straighten her life out,

I don't know, but I am not going there. I've already said how I feel about it.

Wasn't it said he came to Australia when he was just 14 years old.
When and where did Rick live in Australia? Where did the family live?
Sydney in the mid 90's according to the rap sheet.
Victoria according to ABN until about 2010

It wasn't me who said not to go there. You can go wherever you like. I have no problem with that.

I said that I am not going there.

I can’t watch any more of it. There is no doubt in my mind that 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 was sexually assaulting Tiah after listening to what Cindy said about Tiah’s reaction to being left alone with him, her behaviour, her change in dress, his treatment of her and her running away. What terror Tiah must’ve felt at being abandoned by the rest of them and left alone in that house with that 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 on the night she died.

This is sad. This poor girl had no chance at all. Such a sad tale. If we are to go off of this 60 minutes short doco, no one was there for this poor little girl. Sad.

Yes Bo.
Disgusting despicable lot.
I agree with Cindy there was more going on and Julene left poor Tiah with that dick to die.

He took her to get her eyebrows waxed! Dresses with padded bras! Yes, he was definitely sexualising her.
And with the others in the family apparently being afraid of him, there was no recourse or protection at all for poor Tiah.

You are definitely watching what I am then. I just thought the same thing. No emotion at all in Julene's voice. Very much a matter of fact tone.
