So now we know what it was that Tostee was telling Warriena to let go of. A metal cramp from a small telescope. He was capable of removing her bodily to the balcony but couldn't remove a small metal clamp from her hand?

I'm still of the opinion that he picked Warriena up and sat her on the balcony ledge with her feet facing out. It will be interesting to hear what the witness who originally saw Warriena's legs dangling over the balcony has to say.

As far as I recall the downstairs neighbour was struck, horrified, by the sight of feet dangling inwards. She may have not noticed immediately because just seeing dangling legs was unnatural but she did eventually identify the feet were turned in toward the building.
Actually I think I got that reversed...

Tostee has pleaded not guilty to the murder of Warriena Wright. The trial before Justice John Byrne is expected to take seven to eight days.
In his opening address, Crown Prosecutor Glen Cash told the court Wright felt “her only means of escape were to try and climb down” from Tostee’s 14th floor Surfers Paradise balcony.
Mr Cash said Ms Wright fell from the edge of the balcony while Tostee was inside the apartment, having locked her out.
“The defendant did not throw Warriena over the balcony, he did not push her over the balcony...,” Mr Cash said.
Tostee’s barrister Saul Holt QC told the jury Warriena Wright’s behaviour became increasingly erratic” on the night she died and she and Tostee were both “obviously affected by alcohol”,

Marreza says she drove Rrie to the airport before she left for Australia. #tostee

On August 8, Marreza said she spoke to Rrie on FB. Just after midnight. "Messaging me that she met this guy." #tostee

Warriena told her sister #tostee looked like Sam Winchester, a character from TV show Supernatural. Sent pics of two of them on balcony.

Pulling her sister as a "witness" shows how hilarious this case is - she was in NZ at the time, lol some witness. The DPP is in pure desperation mode now....

An important word was left out of the news reports. This is Qld's biggest "farcical" trial of the year.
