Paraphrasing one of the comments under the link "keeping this in mind for a future court appearance, as one should always make an impressive entrance." :giggle:

Q: How long after the door was heard closing did she fall from the balcony?

YOUR name is 'factfinder'.

We give up, how long?

My turn.... How many bolts in the Harbour Bridge?

Bad luck, times up!

How long after the door was heard closing before PizzaBrah was munching away on a scrumptious slice of supreme pizza while watching the traumatic scene of the aftermath of Warriena's death unfold before him. All while behaving as though he were nothing more than a (hungry) disinterested spectator and Warriena meant nothing and was nothing to him?

Disgusting behaviour isn't Snoods.
I hope he gets put away long enough to never reproduce.

:seeya:Texas Snoods? I vote you an honorary Aussie. :)

Who really cares what he did after she fell? It doesn't really matter. If you're on a crusade to put in jail every one who is an ******* - look around.. you'll be busy for the next 100 years.

I'm in - I've got nothing better to do for the next 100 years or so.

I'd say that it was only by luck that this **** was involved in the death of only one person. Could have killed many more on the roads.

If he was locked up immediately post the first life threatening event this young lady would still be alive.

So yes I agree. Lock them all up.

Part time psychic?Don't give up your day job.
Lets just say I dont trawl the BBF for hours and hours and hours because I'm unemployed and dream up fanciful hypotheses from it, and then spread them over various forums Lol, just lol.

HAHAHAHA the comments are hilarious!
More like reeking of jealousy, how many time now is that J Frost's mammaries have been brought up in this "mature" "discussion"?
Lol, just lol. The envy is supremely palpable!

you noticed? Never was really. Its a simple case, 2 young people made some mistakes. That's all there is to it in reality.

Yup, same as the last 200+ pages. Groundhog day. Repeating the same thing over and over, and expecting a different result. Did you guess , thats the definition of insanity.

It's not really the same old to want to actually discuss what the facts might show what occurred on that fateful night. I've already done some research into the actual law (which was not even responded to) and that was ignored largely. The big question really is how much culpability GT has? Morally, did he owe her a duty to look after her? Legally, did he owe her any duty? Is he legally responsible for a chain of events which caused her death? It's really a question for the courts. The thing to be careful of is not to blend moral culpability with legal culpability, which I think is happening a lot here. Based on the facts alone, there's really not much to work with. Justify manufacturing stories because he is an ******* and you get a dangerous combination.

I think the discussion needs to come back to the facts. I think a good way to go about it would be to form a sticky at the start of every thread where 100% facts can be listed. This way, a semblence of an actual sensible investigation can take place, rather than a disjointed discussion with lots of prejudice and fiction.
