I have seen this situation firsthand, and it seems cruel to allow a child to become attached to their foster parents because they are taking such good care of them, only to remove them.

It reminds me of what William's parents said in the interview, "William was just beginning to blossom.'

Oh, is that link not allowed?! Not sure why it's being replaced with asterisks?
It was mamamia.

No it's not allowed by websleuths we can only normally only post links from main stream media sources. Certain blogs and websites are asterisked out if not from an approved source. Don't worry I've done the same in the past.

If you need any help or information a moderator will be happy to help if you ask they are always very friendly.

BBM - This is just one of their tricks. When my kids were little, we were told not to let them wear clothing with their name on it, lest a perp would call the child by name and the kid think they it was someone familiar. So, I worry about the Spiderman pj's. Poor William could have lured away by references to his hero.

yup, apparently for children, once a stranger knows their name he/she stops being a stranger and they are no longer a threat

I read earlier in the thread that a couple of posters seem to think the police have lost focus on this case. I honestly don't believe that is the case. What the police consider paramount is William! I honestly believe that BS is key in this thing somehow. This is just my opinion. But the spotlight has been pointed directly and very brightly at BS for a reason. I don't believe that BS could hurt children all those years ago and just stop. If he is a paedophile then he's not going to just stop. There are also the allegations of passing children over to others. Paedos swap images and information and I don't think BS will be any different to any other paedo. I've said before that the FBI and MI5 and the other agencies in countries around the world are working diligently under cover to find images of abused children and the people behind them. They can identify missing children from images they see. I think the police in this case are putting together a jigsaw, building up a case where they don't just take down one man, but hopefully a lot of people in various locations who are involved in paedophilia. It's frustrating that we don't have answers yet but I would rather that they have everything they can covered.

i agree and its already gone global

The search for missing three-year-old William Tyrell has taken an international turn, with authorities in dozens of far-reaching countries expected to join the cause.

NSW Crime Stoppers have urged Crime Stoppers websites in 26 countries to post a message about William's abduction last year, urging anybody with information on the case to contact Australian police.

I think it is worth reporting to Crimestoppers or the police! Good work. It is definitely worth reporting.

yes i think its relevant because of the name and location connection and it seems to be inter familial, but wouldnt the investigation already have looked at known paedos around that time and place?
and these names would be known to them

I'm in the fence too a little. These are my ideas about some things you have said...
1 photos were confirmed so think he really was there.
2!who grandma told including BS imo is irrelevant as they arrived earlier then expected. I believe it was opportunistic.
3 different phone companies have different reception
4 Aggree no evidence and if the computer had any 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 or links to peodophiles that would of been enough to arrest him so it must of been clean.
5 not sure understand what you mean. I do get the husband thing though as sometimes when my husband pulls up the kids get excited, go down and see him.
6 think no bail as charges are serious enough in nature
7 I don't believe he has money. It's been reported he is now on the dole. He would if llost money received from fostering children, business slow due to allegations and is renting.
8 As he iOS old and naive.

I think it was opportunistic too. I still think that if GM told BS the family were coming, she probably told others. I think it is very relevant who she may have told because it would mean people knew the family were coming, regardless of which day they actually arrived. Could still have been opportunistic but could have also alerted someone to 'just happen to be there, just in case there was an opportunity'.

Bless the Morcombes. They're up there on my heroes list.

Great sleuthing, bearbear.

Here's the thing about filthy child-raping pieces of poop like Speddo. When kids go missing in their vicinity, people are gonna suspect them. Until the police rule him out, he's fair game as a POI and rightly so, IMO. Pedos are great at covering their tracks and those of fellow child rapists, that's how these rings survive long enough to rape multiple kids. No stone is too small.

I feel bad for cops in cases like this. If he's ruled out and William is never found or found deceased by the hand of another (knock on wood this isn't so) the cops can't win, people are gonna say they focussed too hard on in one area at the expense of others, got sidetracked, etc.

But if they don't explore the pedo ring angle with a fine tooth comb, they'll get criticised for that as well.

I don't think resources spent hunting down this pedo ring is a waste of anyone's time, linked to William or not. And if Speddo's involved, whether he/they took William or not, maybe a lot of other raped and abused children will be saved/have justice done. All good by me.

It is indeed an excellent App hopefully one will be available in every country one day. I have also have so much respect for Daniel's family for helping to keep other children safe in Daniel's memory.

I thought that BS has five kids. So I'm not sure about Rodney saying three siblings, because I thought Rodney, and a brother and sister from one partner, and then two girls from another partner.

I still believe there has to be something in all of this that points to BS being guilty, because police do not arrest, and bail is not refused, lightly.

Bail laws in NSW have been tightened recently. Not likely anyone arrested with same charges as BS (and other serious charges as listed in the amendments to the Bail Act) would get bail now.

if bs is linked with these other men and their criminal history dates way back to the 80s, they may have all slid under the radar if william hadnt gone missing, now theyre being exposed and hopefully imprisoned for a long time. bs must be outraged!!
because there was a global alert issued to other crime stoppers, i really hope little williams image wasnt seen on someones paedo computer!

Is someone able to explain the sleuthing of bearbear. I must be slow because I can't figure it out.

one of those MSM's is from 2008 and the offender was 28 at the time. His family convinced him to surrender.

Glad I'm not the only one, but I was too embarrassed to ask! I get the location but not the 'name'.

the surname of both the offenders listed on mako files links to bs family, the locations, activities, caravan parks and age of offenders etc all interesting if there is a history of abuse and or a paedophile ring which police are looking into currently.

  • #158
That would make him 80 now, so I dont think it would be.
However the other Myers mentioned (his son) would be more likely to be in his 50s, so possibly him? Or is that too young?

The name relates to sleuthing on social media which is against the rules to discuss, but that's where we picked up on it.

Another coincidence to add to the list. Same or similar age to BS?
Yes. Wasn't sure how to post that. Haha It's the surname and possible age that sparked my interest.

I hope we hear an update on William soon.
