If it were a real estate agent, the police would have the vehicle owner by now. The vehicle occupants have not come forward.

Someone knows something. Every day that passes, they become more culpable in the act

Add to my previous post, I also would not park my car in the view of the house where I want to steal things from and definitely not parking for hours or hours before.

There was report that BS went to coffee paid by cards, don't seems there was any records confirming that (again)?

Wow Australia is walking for William everywhere!

September 12, 10:30am, marks the one-year anniversary of William Tyrrell's’s mystery disappearance from the NSW Mid-North Coast.

More than 200 Walk 4 William events will be held on that day around the globe - in support of the four-year-old and other missing children.

Here's a map of the events scheduled for Australia.

Yes, that is also a question why this real estate agent cannot be found?

IIRC I recall Ol' Col obtained the receipt. Ill try to find the link. Anyone?

Aimed at BillSpedding Incorporated.

Remember these looks?
On the questions he had to carefully consider she would slow and look questioning at him.

Everytime she looked up she slowed down.

Oh the body language!

I don't really see anything untoward about their body language - there were plenty of questions asked and answered where MS didn't even glance sideways at BS. I don't know how one of them didn't lose the plot with the reporters in their faces like that - I honestly can't stand this type of journalism, no matter who it involves.
Something I did notice though while just watching this clip again, was that BS clearly stated
'The media has correctly reported my attendance at the premises' ! This contradicts what he has said in his own self-recorded statement. That's an interesting snippet.

Oh my god :(
I have a child with aspergers. This made my blood run cold :(

As do I. Catapress is actually used to lower blood pressure, it is also used for people with Austism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and ADHD to help them go to sleep. The right dose takes about 2 hours to be effective. It is however easy to obtain if anyone suffers high blood pressure with a script from their doctor.

Youngberry says he believes Spedding is innocent and claims he has seen a document — a bank statement — proving he was at a cafe in Laurieton, and nowhere near Kendall, when young William was abducted.

“I have downloaded the receipt and (Spedding) has it in his hot little hand,” he adds

Because there might not have been any real estate agent involvement at all. I trust that the police would have already had contact with any and all real estate agents who have listings in the area, and especially in and around Benaroon Dr. The issue is that the drivers of the vehicles haven't come forward voluntarily - so you do have to ask why not? Surely there aren't people from that region who have been oblivious to what happened on Benaroon Dr on that particular date - even if they don't follow the news, they couldn't miss every poster and billboard about William?

"Thousands of Australians across the country came together today at marches and community events to mark one year to the day since toddler William Tyrrell vanished without trace.

More than 250 walks were registered around the country, in a touching reflection of the outpouring of love and concern for the plight of the missing boy.

William disappeared from the backyard of his grandmother's home in Kendall on the NSW mid-north coast on the morning of September 12 last year."

Thank you to everyone here and around the world for keeping William's case alive. Hope you all have a nice weekend.

There is no indication that the owners of the two cars were real estate agents.

Who actually saw those two vehicles? Were they recognised as locals that lived in the area? I don't think a lot of people have older style vehicles these days so perhaps they would stand out more? And who seen the 4WD speeding around? And wondering if it was the same 4WD that tried to get the 9 yr. old boy?

William's mother saw the two vehicles. The owners of the vehicles have not come forward despite numerous pleas from police for all people to come forward who were in the area the day William disappeared. The person who saw the 4WD speeding in Kendall has not been mentioned at this stage.
