BBM: Why would the police initially believe the car had been disposed of? Who or what led them to that conclusion? Was it a case of "I don't have that car anymore, I got rid of it." And then, "Oh, I forgot. I actually gave the car to my neighbour."

Yes, if AJ was interviewed in prison about WT in April 2015, surely they would have interviewed his wife about the same time, especially when they can't concoct anything together. Would they have asked her about her own station wagon at that time or only in the last month? I wonder....

Gosh, I hope the neighbor isn't another POI.

Looks like the rabbit hole in that area of Aus. could be very deep. I must admit it's the first time i have heard of an old timers paedophile ring, yikes! What a scary thought.

So according to the article police didn't learn of where the station wagon was until after 60 Minutes aired. If AJ lied to police about the wagon it really makes him look guilty doesn't it?

So who did report where the vehicle was? The neighbor (which I am a bit Leary of), or maybe a neighbor of the neighbor?

POI alibis

AJ - Out bush collecting scrap metal. While consuming enough grog to arrive home at 2pm pissed.
BS - Coffee with the Mrs - school function - Dunbogan fridge repair at 2pm

Cretins ... imo

Answering my own question, followed by more questions. Did the neighbour who had the car phone the police? I've just remembered there was something in MSM about AJ and neighbours seeing or hearing strange things. I'll try and find that link again.

Police received information about where it was after 60 Minutes revealed investigators were looking for two cars, a white station wagon and a grey sedan, spotted on Benaroon Drive in Kendall as William played outside.

If the white wagon belonged to the Jones couple and if it was the same vehicle parked at Benaroon then if it was AJ or the neighbour if they were driving that particular car at that time, then what about the grey car that William's FM saw there too. Wouldn't the person AJ or ? neighbour have known who belonged to the grey car and who that person was? Although authorities haven't said yet to my knowledge about the white car, but maybe we will find out in the near future?

If the wife called it in after feeling the pressure from the 60 minutes interview, that inconvenient question may not be answered in MSM. IMO

Could be, or maybe the neighbour called it in?

Maybe the computer too Puggle...

I think if they seized a computer that belonged to BS and there was child porography on it and other evidence he would of been charged by now, because police can always add to any other charges as the investigation goes on can't they?

Yes AJ was interviewed in the prison in April. Wasn't his mate charged for historical offences in April?
Coincidence?

I had a thought tonight. What if all these appeals the police and family are making that seem directed at one person are actually directed at BILL SPEDDING ! What if he knows what has happened but isn't saying so as not to implicate himself ?

Coincidence after coincidence.

If TJ was in Benaroon about the same time as (S)peddo why?

TJ's rap sheet said he dealt in drugs so was he dealing with the grey car while waiting for the Speddo van? (Killing two birds and getting stoned) :D
Did either one owe some money?
Did TJ need some fast money for booze?
Speddo doesn't look like a druggie but what would I know?

My brain hurts.

I would normally say yes....but in an active missing child case... I would think the police would play dumb and act like they hadn't found anything on the computer.....As they would want every possibility of finding that child alive.

Charging him right there on the spot for child 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 (ABUSE) .....what would that get him...these days??

If he was involved in a ring and had handed William off to another person.... which may have been the case / at that stage I don't think they were sure??...

But arresting him at that point wouldn't have been of any help if they hoped William was still alive...

They had their eye on him...he wasn't going anywhere...

I'm thinking bigger picture than the usual slap on the wrists these guys get for downloading stuff was more important.
