That is, they know, but theyre not allowed to publish

It MUST be something that may put William at futher risk

Perhaps his parents ARE Police....maybe William was with his grandparents due to threats made...?

I don't think there is more to it, other than William & his sister are foster children.
If it was due to anything else, that involved safety & protection (witness protection, undercover police etc) I doubt they would have even shown the bottom half of their faces, or let their voices be aired, unaltered, it's pretty easy to match up the identities of the FP with what has been shown.
I think what they have released, is as much as they can, while staying in the legal boundaries FACS have set for them.
Not being able to name FACS as the reason why, makes for more speculation though.

Williams parents (I assume FP?) have released a Christmas poem for William:

This article also mentions the police have received 1400 tips and investigated 1000 people. Interesting that only one (BS, that I know of) has been named.

They will have an inquest soon surely.

Maybe we will get a bit more info then.

Ive just read the article more closely

It is NOT critical of the parents

It IS critical of the Organisation that has legally silenced the parents

The parents haven't spoken because they haven't been Allowed to speak

Someone (presumably FACS) went out of their way to silence them.

Why would this be?

Because of the children's privacy, naming them as foster children will open up the privacy of everyone involved.
Everyone would know that KT had children removed from her care, most people following the case know that, but not all of Australia do.
The poor children would have everyone know that they were from a home that they had to be removed from & are now in foster care.
Then everyone would know that the foster parents, who are/were in the process of adopting are not the bio parents of the children they are raising.
That's not fair on anyone.

It's not strange. By that I mean, it may or may not be good policy, but it's not strange in the sense that it applies only to this case. This condition applies to all foster children in NSW.

Abduction by stranger is the RAREST of all crimes

There is also an Unexplained level of Secrecy

I saw Wiliams Parents on tv and it was only the bottom half of their faces

This is a bit Unusual to say the least

and I personally would like to know why

Theres a little boy at stake

so why is his parents privacy protected....????

It may have zero relevance but its So Odd I cant help but think theres something we don't know about his parents

The parents may be a Reason Why William was targeted....?

That's rubbish. Hundreds of people were looking and his face was all over the media within hours. Much more then many other missing children in fact. One example being Tialeigh who the police did not quickly respond and she was found dead.

There was no secrecy around Tialeigh being a foster child. Her biological mother was made known via the media re time in jail as she was trying to get her life back in order hoping to have Tialeigh reunited with her. There was no secrecy around Tialeigh*s biological and foster parents. My opinion only.

This is a possibility. There may be someone out there who do not realise they have information that relates to Wiliam because they do not realise a connection. This secrecy is absolutely ridiculous.

After reading Caroline Ovington's Womene's Weekly article and listening to the various 60 minutes and radio interviews the parents have conducted, I think the government has imposed these suppression orders and the parents of WT are in agreement with the orders and may well have sought suppression orders themselves to protect other children? in their care. Possibly if other people who had been in a similar position knew their rights to pursue such action, they may have made the same choices for their families as well so they could get on with raising other children and earning a living? But IDK if I would have the foresight after a child of mine went missing to be able to think about the future impact of the event upon my family as I would be using everything I've got to get the word out and contacting everyone I know. IMO

After reading Caroline Ovington's Womene's Weekly article and listening to the various 60 minutes and radio interviews the parents have conducted, I think the government has imposed these suppression orders and the parents of WT are in agreement with the orders and may well have sought suppression orders themselves to protect other children? in their care. I suspect the suppression orders were already in place before WT went missing.....Why else did we see nothing of the foster parents even in the earliest reports? Don't tell me there was time when he went missing for someone to quickly impose a suppression order and quickly get all images deleted of the frantic parents searching. I remember one very obscure pic of possibly the FD in the back of an ambulance or police car...nothing else.
A more interesting question to me is why was there such a suppression order in the first place? And, would it not be made public if it was Government imposed?
