The police are the ones who keep having to catch the scumbags and deal with the aftermath of the crimes. The court system is to blame for letting them on the streets, on bail, where they can commit one last crime because what the hell they are about to go to jail anyway.

Like J4W, I can't get over the tragic circumstances this case. Little William was thriving in his loving family and found the happy life he deserved. Now this.

When you hear William's mother talk about the little things like counting or starting school, it really hits you... then your mind goes to a dark place. Who is he with? Is he being mistreated? It's just so unbearably evil.

BS, a man police say has been a person of interest in the William Tyrrell inquiry, allegedly raped a three-year-old girl in a caravan and is also accused of providing victims to other men for “sexual purposes”.

The shocking allegations are contained in police facts tendered to the Port Macquarie Local Court yesterday where Spedding, 63, appeared on five counts of sexual *intercourse and two counts of common assault allegedly *involving two girls, aged three and six, in Campbelltown in 1987.

These are unfounded allegations and he has not been charged with them, even after many months of this story being in public, there doesn't seem to be any other victims from BS past who are backing up these allegations. For those reading the article for the 1st time of these victims injuries, there is a whole other story behind these historical charges and room for doubt has been accepted in an appeal bail application. This will all be scrutinised in court this coming year, if it doesn't get thrown out in the meantime. Moo

Do you have any links do back up what you're saying about the injuries sustained by the victims, I'm not doubting what you've said, I've just never heard that... There must be some reason why he was granted bail though.

I would refer you to all of thread 12. This deals with BS bail appeal and the information that came through at that time and many members analysis and opinion of that information. There is no doubt about the children being assaulted. The question is who. Also note that in the article, that is the mother's description of the injuries. We do not know what description of injuries are in the medical report and if doctors saw the same types of injuries as the mother as we don't know the time frame she took her kids to the hospital. This will all have to be argued in a court case.

I am no authority here JFW, I was just thinking I couldn't let your post pass me without commenting. I removed the 1st sentence from my post. Your post is valid. He was granted bail after having been incarcerated on not only the charges, but the police report that they had these allegations about him as well and expected to lay further charges against him which they haven't done in the last 7 months. He also showed cause in his bail application. Meaning, there could be another suspect to this crime and evidence of the children being coached, and no record.

It was a shame, Brett told Fitzy(undercover), that he hadn’t found himself one of those paedophile rings that you heard about in the media. Perhaps if he’d hooked up with an organised group of child sex offenders, he wouldn’t have the two convictions. Paedophile rings “pass kids around”, Brett said. He wouldn’t have had to abduct anyone if there were children being passed around.
“The kids do not know any different,” he insisted to Fitzy. They didn’t know they were being abused. They didn’t know it was wrong.

Everyone has different views on what happened to William, who is guilty, who is innocent, etc. And we are from all over the world. Those things are what makes this forum so wonderful. Plus differences of opinions keep us all sharp and may bring about new theories. I very much value everyone's thoughts. But regardless of difference of opinions posters may have, we all have one thing in common, finding William.

Everyone has different views on what happened to William, who is guilty, who is innocent, etc. And we are from all over the world. Those things are what makes this forum so wonderful. Plus differences of opinions keep us all sharp and may bring about new theories. I very much value everyone's thoughts. But regardless of difference of opinions posters may have, we all have one thing in common, finding William.

Also for all the media hunting out Pedo "rings" - part of the condition means most prefer to hunt alone. Its a solitary pursuit and rings are rare and mostly limited to image sharing.

It would be incredibly easy to slip a child out of the country...

Hopefully one day they all slip up and get caught. It seems that there have been a lot of arrests for paedophilia and child over the last couple of years in many states IMO, so hopefully someone or some people might be singing.

What we need in Williams' case is for someone to do the right thing and come forward. It only takes one of them, even though I believe there are more than one person involved, either directly, or after the fact, or by association, or by knowledge.

No rules broken here that I can see. It's all in MSM, you have provided links and stated that it's your opinion only .. those are the rules and, JFW, I, for one, hope you continue to post. Your passion and commitment to get to the truth is both needed and admirable....in my opinion!
