It makes me think that with the cars being parked there so early, and for the abductor to seemingly know routines of the neighbours... the abductor had to have lived on the street or known someone on the street? According to a certain Genealogy website, a person by the name of DN (correct middle name and everything) was listed on the 1980 Electoral Roll as living in Monbulk, Victoria (in the Dandenong Ranges). Occupation listed as 'Teacher' (makes my stomach crawl). In the UK hey? Wonder if they have a register there...and if there were any issues there that might show up. Who was questioning how he had a large gap in his life unaccounted for? This could explain it.

I see your point. That could be why police have made the names of the POIs public and tried to get BS locked up or at least reporting to police regularly. TJ is already locked up. PB is reporting to police, I think. Not sure about DN.

I believe there are many more POIs than just those few who have been named publicly in MSM so far. My opinion.

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but I was under the impression that this thread was primarily created to help find clues in the abduction of a vulnerable 3 year old boy, William Tyrrell, who has probably been violently abused and/or murdered by now, and to comfort his loved ones; not to 'Support X who has been Charged with and/or Convicted of Child Sex Offences'.

Yes, I agree. When I walked the area using Google Earth, no-one on that street would have been able to see the area from which William disappeared without significant obstructions in their line of sight. When he was playing alone on that side of the house, he really was alone.

Well I dont doubt that but look at the age of these men who obviously have been involved in this sort of thing for a very long time. There was no internet back then and these guys are quite possibly a bit old school too. How did paedophiles trade their 'wares' before we had the internet? Of course they met up and swapped pics/videos which of course could now come in the form of mobile phones/sim cards/memory cards etc. I think these older men would still do that. And I think there is money to be made for them too.

I agree. Why narrow this down to just online activity? Just because we can now buy groceries online does not mean we stop going to the supermarket. There are ‘benefits’ to both …. cost being one of them, convenience being another. And in paedophilia (ugh … how I detest these creeps!), I would imagine the difference between real life experiences and online experiences matters to some/many, as well.

It would be an easy enough drop-off point if your alibi was doing this-and-that in central Kendall. But presumably you can't just turn up at a pedophile's with a captured kid. There would need to be pre-arrangements. And you'd think any phone contact between a Benaroon Drive resident and DN that morning would have been discovered.

There was an 'internet before the internet', via newsreaders, bulletin boards, etc. Can you find any MSM stories about pedophiles getting together in person? I am having some difficulty finding anything substantive in that regard.

According to the news articles I can find, DN was living in Dunbogan at thetime WT disappeared. Is that not correct?

Mr Nichols said he was on the child protection register for crimes committed in Victoria. He said he was living in Dunbogan when William went missing and said he did not know anybody connected to the case.
