You've puzzled me. I wouldn't have thought a Victorian magistrates court would have jurisdiction over something that happened in another state. Or are there other Victorian charges?
Yep, me too. The stay in proceedings is being held in the Supreme Court in Sydney in February 2017 (not that I care). NSW charges, last heard in Campbelltown Court in September:
