The body would smell to high heaven

William is wearing no shoes, and a double T-shirt. I doubt he would walk far into any ground with sticks, or prickles with bare feet. More likely stay on grass if that as a 3 year old.
So William has not walked too far from the house. As you can see here, Williams feet are not soiled dirty. Williams outfit has no grass, or debri. The three year old has not walked down the back too far to play hide and seek as any sticks or prickles would impact his feet, and Williams feet would be dirty.

hey Craby, very observant of you and I get what you are saying .. With a HOWEVER.. Was this snap take early on .. Perhaps fist up when he changed from little boy in PJs who was drawing on FG patio, to - I need more action, I'm going to be Spiderman - now I'm Spiderman. .. IMO, that's the point FM would have been drawn to photograph..

The traversing the garden could have come much later - and given the well cared for & lawned gardens that appear to have been in place, I don't see a reason for evidently dirty feet :)

Thanks so much Soso. Saved me a huge search. I should have saved and posted the link I know. .. will try to do better .. And also should have used the correct adjective ( wider instead of extended) but was certain I had seen that mentioned.

In light of NC.. What does that mean?

Has there been any official word that NC is a POI, or is it simply a case that desperation is making everyone a POI ?

BBM: She may have changed from initially being cleared, to falling under suspicion, if a good reason came up. imo

However, I think a lot of whitewashing could be going on, and a lot of covering all bases. Checking all angles.

I don't believe (personally) that the police opinion has probably changed a heck of a lot from their first gut-instinct, and unsubstantiated POI alibis. But if they are trying to build a strong circumstantial case - if that's all they've got right now - they MUST get rid of all reasonable doubt.
There was a white station wagon parked across the street that morning and in preceding days? Someone close-ish to the investigation has/had a white station wagon? Go get it. Give it the once over, get it cleared.
There cannot be any reasonable doubt in any other area, if they are to prove a strong circumstantial case.

They also cannot be seen to have concentrated on only one POI, if there is little or no hard evidence - yet - that it was him. He has already complained about slander/persecution from the media. He'd try to use that in court ... it wasn't me, they didn't even look at anyone else ...

They must keep a future court case in mind at all times.

The make, model and colour of the car the FF travelled in to FGM's haa never been released AFAIK, nor have any the FGM/FGF may have owned. The FF's could be the silver car in the driveway, or the white one in the carport but, then again, they may not.

it peaks my interest that we have in driveway / carport of FG house a Light Grey / Silver appearing vehicle, as well as a White vehicle...

and do what was seen parked across the road ...

William’s wider family has been thoroughly investigated and interviewed, too. Their alibis have been declared sound — they were hundreds of kilometres away when William disappeared. Very few people knew the family had left Sydney to visit the area.

I don't think this would include every single member of the family - just the immediate family IYKWIM.

Thank you sleep. I often can't read The Australian's articles (no sub). I think they've done a sneaky on my IP; even though I search their titles using Google in incognito mode, I still can't read them :gaah:

So if I have a photo taken on my phone, from last week, and I open it up on my phone, and take a screen shot of it - at the date/time I want it taken - what information will that image give?[/QUOTE

I'm a bit dumb with this stuff Curious, but IMO those a whole lot smarter tham me would know the difference between a 'screenshot' and a genuine 'photo', particularly with all the date stamps & 'smarts' available these days.

Recently, I'm not sure if it was on 60 Minutes, I didn't catch the whole story in which the GM friend was being interviewed, she has a similar vehicle to the one that was spotted outside the house on the day WT disappeared, she also knows 1 or 2 of the men mentioned and questioned by police, I haven't seen anymore about this, I'm sure something in her story was conflicting. The GM and her friend were or are looking to buy a house together. I'm interested to know if anyone watched the GM reaction to the accusation, maybe I was reading too much into it..
I find it difficult to believe that this abduction was just random, then remembering the case about the man that was killed in Sydney, in which many of us thought it must have been one of his lovers, or someone very close, angry and upset with him. The killer turned out to be someone not even associated to him, a geeky chef kid.
The grey sedan in the police drawing is fairly dark grey and of unidentified make. KL's sedan is silver (or light grey), see last two photos at
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/art...-pair-mysteriously-try-buy-home-together.html
There are over 5,000,000 registered vehicles in NSW
About 35% of them are grey or silver, see http://www.smh.com.au/money/borrowing/any-colour-you-like-as-long-as-its-white-20140308-34e0p.html
And guessing about half of them are sedans, I estimate there are about 875,000 grey or silver sedans in NSW.
So really the interviewer, who told KL that her car matched one seen at the scene, was incorrect to not add "and so do the 875,000 other grey or silver sedans in NSW".

I think you're right, soso. Also, what reason would she have to lie? Is she being accused of telling lies to cover up the fact the she was responsible for his disappearance?

Gee I hope she doesn't read this thread. I would be off to my solicitor's if I was her and I read such accusations, if that's what they're intended to be. MOO

I watched the conference however, I must have missed GJ saying that. Interesting word to use, it shows the motivation of people saying things about the parents is from people having a strong and unreasoning desire for revenge, not just out of spite. They can guess at people's motivations on this site all they want, however I think anything examined on here comes from a strong desire to know the truth of what has happened to WT. Any question marks around information the FF have provided I think has been dealt with as discretely as possible by members. There have been a number of discrepencies sleuthers have found between their account of events in interviews and media reporting. WE HAVE ALWAYS GIVEN THEM THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT, OR FOUND EXPLANATIONS FOR WHY THESE DISCREPENCIES EXIST. The same level of consideration has not been afforded to others mentioned in this case. MOO

Its such a heart tugging situation Froggie. I think 'we' have all tried to be fair and compassionate in the face of what we have been I resented with, however when it comes to our little ones - even the hardened criminals have a code of ethics and their own brand of justice 'in side' for the perpretator software crimes against children.

So on that note, I think we can be excused a degree of inquisition ...

I've been tossing around the hypothesis that two women may have had a hand in William's abduction. TJ's wife Debbie owned a white station wagon similar to the one seen by William's mother. Debbie is good friends with KL who apparently has a similar car to the other car seen by William's mother. And just to make it more interesting KL is a long time friend of William's paternal grandmother Natalie Collins.

Let's suppose that NC learned from her son (William's father) that William and his sister were going to be in Kendall on 12 September 2014. She passed this info onto her friends KL and DG and a plan was hatched. KL and DG would drive their own cars, with NC being a passenger with one of them. Is it feasible to think that William would more readily go with a woman than a man? He didn't really know NC, she's only met him once so there wouldn't be any familiarity there for William. The fact that both KL and NC have been named POI's in the media makes me wonder if something like this could be the case. It's also interesting to note that the police had considered NC as being involved in William's abduction over a year ago and from what I can gather nothing has changed.

Would any of these three women be in fear of the others? Does one of them have a cruel and dominating personality that would render the others silent?

This is an interesting scenario.
Three woman with links. One the bio grandmother that we really do not know how much contact she had with William....possibly none.
Two named poi (KL & NC) and one it was said the police have not suggested she had any involvement (DJ). But a car she owned was towed away for testing.
NC - has her theory and has a lookalike in Central Queensland.
KL - thinks the connections she has to the poi's is weird and she just doesn't understand it. But, thought she should let Australia know the police had been to chat with her.
DJ - asked her name be withheld in the media and it was said the police do not suggest she had any involvement. She had no idea about her husbands rap sheet as long as a dunny roll.

Cruel or dominating personality..hmmm Lots of secrets maybe?
I really struggle to understand how she had no idea as to her husbands rap sheet as long as a role of toilet paper.

Watched first part of J-BR special tonight. The particulars of her case are irrelevant to William's but one idea came across, loud and clear:

Contrast and compare similar abductions (to William's)
__________

Please Note: Not talking about controversy re J-BR's parents/brother allegedly being involved in her 'abduction' and death.

There is much talk of cars parked at the roadside being highly unusual, because every house has a large driveway.
However in 60minutes documentary part 1 as uploaded by Richie at 12:21s is video (probably filmed around Aug 2015?) of two cars parked at the roadside.
On the opposite side is a white car (possibly station wagon?) and on this side is a car (possibly dark grey sedan?).

About a year after the disappearance, police released the fact there had been two cars parked at the roadside.
Have police given any update on whether or not the cars were identified as a result of that appeal?

Yeah, I've been thinking about 'co-perps' since the while chloroform, blanket and boot, gas discussion. Someone to control an unwilling mini-Spiderman on the road to who knows where?

Brett Cowan picked Daniel Morcombe up without chloroform, blanket and boot in broad daylight. Daniel was a lot older than William and would have had a lot more reasoning power than a three year old but he went along with Cowan, believing that he would drop him off at the nearby shopping centre. Daniel probably felt uncomfortable and apprehensive, his fear factor was probably just simmering under the surface. A little three year old such as William who may have been coaxed into a car, with whatever lies and promises he was told to placate him, would not have the same instincts and fear factor as a 12 year old.

The other scenario is that William was grabbed very quickly. No coaxing or promising. A large hand was placed over his mouth and he was removed from Benaroon Drive before his mother even thought about dialing 000.

No koios, the police have not released an update about their findings nor the result of their appeal about those two cars.

BBM: Thanks Soso but I call bullcrap on that one! DG knew only too well what TJ had been up to and had been charged with during the course of their relationship. There's a lot to be learned about DG if you're prepared to look for it. All in my opinion of course.

Agreed........how it all works with her bestie..still had me dumfounded.........but a few of the GAPA group members were visiting the area of Bonny Hills....at the time William went missing...in Caravans..where they stayed....Im still not sure...

Have always said TJ is a distgusting peice of pond scum.....and a legally presented response by relatives is unheard off......dont believe a word of it......lies...LMO

Yep, there is so much that is known but can't be revealed and that is frustrating. My take on it though is those that know that we know are reading here and don't really know everything we know and if in fact we've passed it onto the police. IYKWIM.

Yes koios, we have discussed this in depth in previous threads and again just recently, hence the reason why I posted images of cars parked near the grandmother's house in this current thread. I simply wanted to point out once again that cars do park in Benaroon Drive and not necessarily in a driveway. Perhaps Gary Jubelin, who doesn't actually live in the area, has been told by local residents that this is isn't the norm for cars to park on the street and he's gone with that. To be honest I find that logic to be misleading from what I've seen and been told by a Websleuth's member who visited Benaroon Drive recently and saw for herself vehicles parked on the nature strip along Benaroon Drive.
