(snipped)

Unless William was already in care when Karlie and Brendan (with Natalie's help) took him and hid out for three months.

I find it odd that Natalie says she hates the spiderman suit. Of all things she could choose to hate, if she needs to hate something.

This fool is clinging to some hope for William where she is happy to just fob Williams off as dead.
(gone, now leave us alone)

Was she up there searching? Were any of them searching?. Huh?

The thing is ... if William's bio family had anything to do with William's disappearance, and were hiding him out somewhere, there is not one of them that could ever see William. Spend time with him.

I don't for a second believe that the bio family have not been/are not being watched closely, to ensure that nothing like that has happened to William.

Unless little William is locked up in a room somewhere, any of the bio family's connections don't have him. imo

Natalie is evidently delusional, if she thinks FaCS remove children from their home for no reason. It generally takes forever for FaCS to get involved in the first place, they are so understaffed and stretched thin. They give the parents so many chances to straighten out, before they remove any child/children.
Unfortunately, it sounds to me that Natalie thinks that the conditions that William was subjected to, when living with his bio parents, are normal family conditions.

Why do I get the impression bio GM is um...almost jealous of the FFamily.

BBM, Sorry but that just is not true

A PROTEST outside Family and Community Services (FACS) offices earlier this week aimed to shed light on current systems of child protection, which organisers deem as “a basic human rights violation”.

Led by Convener of the Alliance for Family Preservation and Restoration, Mary Moore (a former intensive care nurse), the group hopes to bring change to State Government adoption law processes, which they believe are unfair onto biological parents and children who are forcibly removed.
http://www.goulburnpost.com.au/story/2879778/rights-violated-in-child-protection-laws/

There are also quite a few other articles out there about FACS forcibly removing children that should never of been removed.
None of us know the dynamic of WT's case with FACS because we aren't privy to that info.
I do recall reading though that NC had hardly any involvement in William & his sister's life though. IMO any of her info is probably second or third hand from her drug addicted son. All IMO

She sounds spiteful to me, tgy. This search for William should be something that brings the families together, more or less. They both should want the same outcome. Natalie is hanging onto her anger that William was removed from his bio family, in the first place. Defending her obviously criminal and unsuitable son. And time has either clouded her memory, or she has bad judgement. imo

Kincare has been the first option with FaCS for some years now. William was a baby when he was removed. Why did Natalie not stick her hand up in the air to care for William (and his sister), when they were first removed? Is she so forgiving of her son that she could not ensure to FaCS that the children would be kept with her ... especially if she aided and abetted her son in trying to hide William, in some period of William's life that does not fit into any picture that we know.

Not necessarily. No-one is watching them day to day. The police say they are not suspects or POI so they would not be under surveillance.
IMO Spedding either has something to do with William's disappearance in that he took him to give back to the bio family OR he had nothing to do with it at all. I think these historic charges that came to light after the police were contacted after William went missing are a by product of William's disappearance and could not be ignored by the police. The charges are being pursued, as they should be.

You, and the protesters, are speaking of adoption of foster children, as far as I can tell. That is a whole other kettle of fish.

I believe it is true that children are removed for a reason. FaCS do not have the time or resources to address matters that do not fall within child protection laws. Because some people do not agree with the reasons, does not mean that child protection laws have not been broken.

There are many ways of watching people. As we have learned in Karen Ristevski's case.

And we suspect that Natalie has been named as a POI, although she denies that.

“He’s never really got over that day [welfare workers] saw him and Karlie at the video store and then took William away”

I’m intrigued with this. Do social workers go look for people or were they called to that video store?

IMO she’s playing with words.
I bet the farm that the bios were up to no good that day in that video store and the authorities were called.

I wonder if it was the same day that Karlie was seen carrying William later at night, and he was way underdressed for the cold weather. I think that the police were called at that time .. or they saw Karlie doing that themselves, and got FaCS involved.

What protesters? And as far as adoption goes, what do you think the FP's were doing and still fighting in court for custody of KT's daughter? They wanted to keep those children as their own i would think. It's in the caselaw document on the link that the FP's are fighting for the little girl.

I had an idea that FACS were involved for some time before William's removal; that the biological parents were on a sort of probation, or on notice, to improve or the children would be taken. I can't remember where I got that idea and I might be mixing up cases.

I think William's sister is way better off with the FP after reading about their bio father.

It is back there in the threads somewhere. I don't read social media about William's case, at all.

I think you are right. They were involved because of William's sister, and they were keeping the house/conditions under review because Karlie was pregnant with William. Something like that.

Others may remember the details better, and know where the MSM links are.

The bio father does not factor into KT's life anymore. KT has got her act together and has two other children of hers in her care and as per the Supreme court document all is good, and no problems there. I would also think if the bio father has any access to his children if they are his? then the visits would be supervised unless there is just no chance of that happening?
Why would WT's sister be better off? Sorry but i believe a child should always be with a natural parent as much as is possible, because there will be too many problems for them later in life, as has been proven by various studies done that are available to read on the internet pertaining to children adopted and the issues that arise for them in adulthood.
