I think you're wrong because neither Karlie or Brendan are actually named in the Supreme Court document.

But they have been allowed to be named in the media consequently of this court case. The big corps like channel 9, 7 ect would not in anyway be permitted to name them and report on them and talk about their criminal history ect.

I have no clue what the media are allowed to reveal about naming the bio. parents? But even all the players in WT's case including William & his sister were not allowed to be named in the court findings & document.
If they can name the bios. from all that then why not the foster parents too?

Who's roger LOL? I think there were msm articles about what her point was in doing all that, and from memory her problem was with the FACS secrecy around it all? She wanted more transparency for the missing boy's situation i suppose?

Have you read the case law about this yet, Karinna? All of it. If you haven't, maybe you should. Then you may understand what happened in its entirety. I know you have read bits and pieces, as I have seen you reference them.

Precisely and where has it got William - no where. Just given the public open fodder to the parents ( which has been very insightful) Karlie and her antics would never have been allowed to be reported on (as Williams mother) if her identity wasn't given up by direct outcome of this court case. If I was Karlie I would be ropeable with this AS women for allowing what anonymity she had (ok not to us but to the general public) .

My point is that you do not seem to comprehend that the legal bans were lifted on naming Karlie.
Karlie "the mother" seems to be aware of that. The foster parents are required to remain anonymous, according to FaCS laws. The naming of William as a foster child does not preclude that law.
