Well, another ‘whole lot of nothing’, except for Jubes slight smile when he talked about William. I think there’s a soft heart under that very tough exterior. He said he understood why people cared so much about William and his family too. Bless his little cotton socks. That said, I don’t think William’s abductor will see much, if any, of Jubes’ softer side.

Finding peace in a life full of crime

I was just reading this article on Gary...........his heart is certainly in the right spot :)

P.S I miss all the other emoticons!!!

Hello
Jubes was interviewed on the project also. Haven’t popped in for a little while. I admire everyone here who has for 33 threads and 4 years thrown out ideas, sleuthing and thoughts.
When I saw this latest info with the announcement of searches and the media pressers I Instantly felt “They Know”. I understand it makes sense to do this for an inquest. I felt Jubelin was really stressing to someone and those close to them that he knows and he’s coming. It’s close. I didn’t feel it was an empty warning. I just can’t decide if the search is to stop someone’s lawyer or something in particular. I am really swayed to they are looking for something specific.

ETA- Also sorry but I started a fair few pages behind and kept clicking like until I remembered notifications will be bombarded you all.

Hi, long time WS lurker, popping on every few months or so - really hope the search brings forth some answers. Just wanted to ask - did anyone else notice the official NSW Police Force announcement spelled William's name 'Tyrell" and so did the ABC when it reported the finding of the toy...it could be an error of course, but I found that interesting, given reports about this little boy have been "Tyrrell" with two Rs for a long time. I know there was confusion at the beginning when he first went missing (one or two Rs). It must be simply an error, or it doesn't matter. Otherwise, tactical for some reason?

I went back through the threads, there is a lot of talk about the area under the house. Makara was under the imression that the new owners had cemented it, because it was just dirt before.

Her post came from 14th Oct, 2015. Thread #18.

Just finished

Hi all, I tried to catch a bit of it whilst at work - and this is all just my my own personal take on what I took from it - as bus loads of Police arrived with rakes & shovels.
Det. Jubelin saying they will search with a different focus than before when looking for a 'lost little boy' & now search for a missing little boy due to human intervention, and they will be absolutely sure no trace of him is in this search area.
The Coroner may visit the search site, but if not, is across it all, as has been across the whole investigation.
If they need t go to Coronial enquiry, they will, however he believes that's a long way off at this stage.

He stated ( or words to this effect) that he firmly believes that some people will be very nervous at this latest development, and that there are people who know stuff; and that they should come forward while they have the chance.
And if anyone notices anyone become 'uneasy' or 'different' at the mention of William or this latest development, they should report that ASAP..

That there have been covert investigations that no one in public is aware of.

IMO, he's a wiley old fox - he knows what he's doing & he'll reel them all in.

And my personal prayer, May The Lord God almighty guide, encourage & support Det. Jubelin & his team in this task, and please Saint Nicholas, in recognition of your life's work in protecting children, returning them to their parents and fighting against kidnappers, I implore you please to look worthily on William & join with me please in my prayers to our Lord. Amen

Has anything ever been mentioned about William having a toy with him when he disappeared? I can't recall anything. I'm thinking back to the interview with his FM. I'm sure she mentioned some of his toys but not that he had anything on him.

Edited to add: I do agree that the perp could've come back and placed something at the scene. Definitely not unheard of!

I recall FM held Williams doll during an interview.
There weren’t too many toys on the verandah when the two were playing. Sister was colouring in and William had the Spider-Man doll.

Just thinking... the last bushland search they did (near Bonny Hills - where they found animal bones), that was the result of a tipoff right? I'm wondering if this search is too.
