I am sure they will all know whatever is going on, and can't talk about it (yet) for whatever reason. I don't think there is any way they would miss litigation against two large media companies.

Justice Lucy McCallum is presiding. Remember her? She was the very thorough judge who presided over the Simon Gittany murder trial.

She also ran a defamation trial against the ABC, in 2016.

She almost excused herself from a trial where a broker took the ANZ Bank to court, because an ANZ employee (and potential witness) was part of her old running group.
Neither side had an issue with it, so she stayed.

Yes I’m guessing you are right SA, just frustrating. Thought there might be a news headline along the lines of BS taking media publication to court or something

Waiting ( not holding my breath ) to see if old BS tells his side of the story - like he’s always stated he would? I highly doubt he’s legal representative would advise it, considering he’s still a POI in Williams case. He may want to discuss the historical charges ? Which would be very disrespectful to the victims. IMO I don’t think that wouldn’t bother him to much, with the mentality he’s already demonstrated.
Let’s hope no MSM would entertain purchasing his side of the story!!

He’s already done so via SM. I’m thinking a U Tube video is not far off. I’ve got a feeling BS wants to shout his newly found innocence from the rooftops despite any other up coming allegations. Or maybe as evidence of his innocence for further cases
