Just my opinion, but I think that they think that someone took him out through the back yard, not from the driveway. I am not sure what that means.
yes, and that property was empty at the time

That would mean someone on foot. Which would mean NOT BS. Maybe someone from the cars the FM saw.

I always thought BS may have been in one of those cars

Nothing to stop anyone getting out of a car and going around the back if they saw a little boy run around the side of the house.

Why would he have been? That would mean William's abduction was planned. There was no guarantee William would have been in a position to be taken. Why would two cars have been waiting to abduct a child that may have never been in a place to be able to be taken unseen in the first place. This case does my head in.

It will all become crystal clear at some point in the future, I think.

Their methodology is not so weird to some of us who have been able to see reasons for each step along the way, as per previous recent posts.

Someone mentioned dysfunctional.
Remember how dysfunctional Daniel Morcombe’s case seemed to be.
8 YEARS!
An inquest was pushed for with the perps named as numbers like P1 or P5 but when that scum Cowan walked in the Morcombe’s knew that was Daniels murderer, just that parent gut knew.
Thank goodness they didn’t fly to Perth as they would’ve wrecked the covert games.

Persistence will prevail.

Then their car would have been there for some time then.

No. I meant through the back yard of the house he was staying in. Wasn't he first reported as he just disappeared when he ran down the side of the house, into the back yard? Within minutes?

i wonder if they will scour every inch of that 3 sq km with cadaver dogs, and would aerial thermal imaging be used? its such an intensive search but still the risk of missing something

Waiting and watching. It’s not a given it was not planned. I don’t think spedding would have been in his own car as it’s too recognisable. Maybe he took a drive with TJ. My guess is as good is yours and this is all hypothetical on my behalf

and then lured or carried out through the back property to a waiting vehicle or on foot etc

From what some of the MSM were reporting earlier this search appears to be arranged due to a new piece of evidence and a new suspect. Maybe something not to do with BS. I have always felt that if this was a spur of the moment thing involving BS he is not smart enough to cover his tracks for this long.

He has covered his tracks since the 80’s. He knows how to shut his mouth.
By taking William his past has big fangs.

If MS doesn’t come forward then she’ll should be charged with accessory. (Maybe she was from day one) We’ll see.

Thank God that I am not a murderer, or even a missing person. They would not find any phone pings for me. I leave my phone at home, when I go out, much to the disgust of my children.

I am not a phone person either Jen. Mine would ping from home more often then not. That is if I have remembered to charge it.
But I guess when someone does call me and leaves a message. When I do call back it will remain in my log for a very long time, because I am also not someone that thinks about clearing my messages and phone log either.

i was just thinking about the deleted call logs. Still very dodgy

I think I understand what froggy means. Maybe some of the investigating team are focussing all the efforts on one particular POI and the rest of the team are more open to other possibilities. It is only human nature to want to be proved right but hopefully when you a leading an investigating team you would be able to put your personal feelings aside.

I would think all hypothesis would have been thrown on the table and explored by the team.
I do not think this has anything to do with being right.
I believe the team work together to get the desired outcome.
The person responsible being charged.

Could be. Maybe someone has finally taken up the offer of the reward. I hope whoever took William is so scared at the moment. As scared as poor William was.

Who needed a clairvoyant?
All girls need to cry on a girlfriend’s shoulder sometimes.
A hint or two might have been dropped in the physiologist’s rooms which would be needed for the compo claim. Pain, suffering and all that.
Covert? MS?

POLICE searching for William Tyrrell have been fitted with GPS trackers to avoid missing a single clue as they search dense scrub where the toddler went missing almost four years ago.

That's a good example. Police did not initially want the inquiry, and it was found that Cowan was identified very early on in the piece however the detective in charge was not interested in the policemen's recommendations about Cowan as a suspect and even intimidated and belittled those officers. I hope nothing like that was happening early on in this case. Officers on the 1st afternoon told the detectives at Port Macquarie that something more sinister may have occurred when WT disappeared. The detective Vanessa Partridge attended the 2nd morning of Wt's disappearance and immediately felt that something wasn't right.
