I really hope they are!
The Batar search was such a promising sign when it first broke, I had goosebumps!
I imagine the look on Jubes face when he closes in on that piece of s**t

The urgency of the Batar Creek Road gave me hope William’s case will be solved.

The look on his face will be priceless!

Any chance NC knew the other POIs?
Maybe she told them William was coming.
She did, through her good friend Kim Loweke. I wonder if they are still good friends? This article only refers to links to Tony Jones but I remember links to at least one other as well (maybe from Wellington). We’re for Sydney | Daily Telegraph

Do you have link re: someone visiting site 3km....?
It reminds me about the post where WT 's BF has said that he has visited the area with a shovel to find William. Here is the link
'I'm so sorry I couldn't help you': Missing toddler William Tyrrell's father says he's been searching bushland with a shovel looking for his boy since his release from prison

BF doesn’t say where the bush land was that he was searching in CHR. It could have been anywhere. I think some people may jump to the conclusion that it was in the Batar Creek area or the original search site but there is nothing to suggest that is the case.

For sure, may have noting to do with FF at all.

Did BF get a clairvoyant to tell him where to look or did he have a vision?

@deugirtni you asked about the location of the new search area in relation to the search around WT's street - here's a "as the crow" flies pic

Where did you get the map? Great map

I think he gets lots of visions from what NC says but not all of them may be linked to any kind of reality.

“He’s schizo. He points and talks to himself, does not shut up but he’s not getting the treatment he needs,” she said.
Stunning new revelations about the day William Tyrrell vanished

Psychosis from drug useage. Not that it totally negates validity.

He may have let his guard down in his delusion if he knows something through the prison grapevine.

Absolutely MR. No implication that BF is involved, however a glint of info (factual or not) that may have been fed to him in prison may be sending him into a frenzy to get out his shovel and find out for himself if his son is buried where he may have been led to believe. Perhaps NC just thinks he's delusional OR perhaps she thinks/knows there could be some basis to his ramblings and is trying to thwart any discovery by claiming he's 'schizo' and dissing the recent searches by police as 'a waste of time'

One of the posters in the last thread was talking about Batar Scouts. It could be their old bivouac site.
The land was owned by Batar Scouts. But there are no Batar Scouts currently.

It’s 6 maps. In the top right corner there’s an option for base maps - if u click it on it you can switch between different views

Yes, that’s correct. I wonder if their old bivouac site is still marked as a campground on sixmaps, or was turned into one once they disbanded?

I will take a look at their 'dating' system - & if i can find something...

Historic school for sale in Kendall
It opens for me Iailwa
It goes on but I didn't want to post over the allowed allowance so here's a snippet....

AFTER years of goodwill and volunteer effort to maintain a local piece of history, the Scouts Australia NSW will sell the old Batar Creek School building and land.

The school was first opened in 1918. Eventually Kendall Central School was build and the tiny building was no longer needed. Rather than demolish it a small group of community-minded men purchased the school building in 1970 and moved it to the current site on land close to the school of arts and community centre on Comboyne Street.

Their goal was to keep the building for community use. In 1990 the building’s trustees sold it and the small parcel of land on which it stands, to the Scouts for a minimal amount.

The school building was used by Kendall Scouts and Girl Guides and the Kendall Youth Group. As these groups folded the Kendall Community Centre volunteers have rented the building from the Scouts Australia NSW since 2003, maintaining the building and land, paying water, rates and electricity, connecting sewerage, constructing a garden shed and fence. It currently houses Bookends@Kendall, a community second-hand book exchange.

every report involving locals says the same thing.
kendall has always been a lovely quiet safe place for families.

why isn't anyone coming forward to say yes yes that BS is a shonky kettle of fish.
not one.
being outed and named wouldn't you expect people to come out of the woodwork to put this filthy pedo behind bars???( I am talking about the locals not the ex wifes family involved in the historical charges.)
people love to dish dirt especially in small towns....
everybody knows everything.

would love to know what the locals truly think about the case.
reporters never seem to ask them what they think actually happened to William, having a natural defense about their community this would be good to know.
why is there so little information about this.

imo

i've been searching about this historical (?) "scout" site at Batar Creek, but am getting no-where. There's info about the sale but lots of paywalls. if anyone has access - can they post about it here? - TY. I think the timing for the BF's searching is 'timely', but he doesn't live in the area. I think they could be considering someone else - even if he did go out with his shovels - he doesn't live there does he? I thought they are looking at someone who lives close to kendall... I could be so wrong. He had to stay somewhere while searching? no idea!
