Maybe, NC would have wanted to say, who she thinks is responsible. But she was forbidden to say so, like we are restricted in saying, what we would like to say perhaps.
If I would like to email GJ, which address would I need to know?

Perhaps.

Victorian. Costs will be awarded. Forget the date for that and can’t see the article again.

This was just for the Victorian charges. Nothing officially reported for NSW.

Oh, and he didn’t appear. That’s as much information as I took in.

OMG! Here comes either the SFR arrest for WT or the lawsuit. IMO

One thing I’m unsure of. Some MSM articles reported BS was arrested by DCI Jubelin/SFR. I would’ve thought if the charges were irt alleged historical CSA then it would have been Child Abuse & Sex Crimes Squad investigators who arrested him in NSW.

Points in article
* Prosecutor withdrew Victorian charges.
* BS did not have to attend court.
* 20 Sept - court application for costs.

<modsnip: snipped "non MSM" rumor post>

Tid bits from the article
* He is 67 years now
* He is refered to as a handyman.o_O I thought he a whitegoods repairman and pawn shop owner.
Bit confusing this
The article starts - a man previously named as a poi...................
Further into the article - homicide detectives have previously said he was one of many suspects.

Is this handyman - in or out?

In, I’d say, until we’re told differently; ie, he’s publicly cleared from being involved in the investigation into William’s suspicious disappearance.

ETA I’d say the obsfucation is due to current proceedings in the NSW Supreme Court.

I think he is still in according to a recent article, which described 5 suspects, one of which is a high profile POI, that will be on the list for a coronial inquiry. Will have to dig up the article to see why I think it is him. IMO

Bill Spedding lives on a street in Bonny Hills similar to Benaroon Drive, low-set brick homes on sprawling leafy blocks running upwards to a dead end flanked by bushland. His lawn is covered in handyman supplies: heavy tools, planks of wood, utility vehicles.

Argh - the handyman tools that covered the lawn.

Those poor victims. :(
How terrible to be brave enough to put yourself through the angst of a trial, and then not have a favourable outcome ... and then to have the person on your side, the Prosecutor, be forced to withdraw further charges as the tendency evidence was not available.

Child sexual abuse is thus not uncommon, with somewhere between 1 in 10 to 1 in 7 males, and 1 in 8 to 1 in 3 females having experienced some form of child sexual abuse.

Yet the numbers of incidents of child sexual abuse that enter the criminal justice system and that result in a conviction are very small by comparison. Of child sex offence matters progressing through the New South Wales justice system between 1995 and 2004, fewer than 16% of the cases reported to the police resulted in proven charges.
This was more pronounced in cases involving adult complainants.
