I thought BS brother posted bail.

Is that something that has been published in MSM?
I don't believe that I have ever seen that stated anywhere. Only that the $100,000 initially offered as surety was 'their' savings (Spedding & Margaret's savings), as per my previous link.

A lot of savings for a bloke who was hurting financially, according to his son Rodney, as he had lost business due to adverse publicity.

Bill Spedding granted bail over child rape charges

Mr Spedding, who is also a person of interest regarding the disappearance of toddler William Tyrrell, relied on $100,000 in surety posted in the form of his brother’s life savings.

Thank you. Conflicting MSM stories ...

The court heard Spedding and his wife Margaret have offered “their savings” of $100,000 in surety that the Crown says is “generous” but “insufficient to satisfy the bail concerns.”

The police didn't even know all these players names right away.

They had to do forensics on Spedding's computer, investigate two grandparents organisations, track down known pedos in the area, filter through tips from Crime Stoppers, track mobile traffic and CCTV, before the others names became important.

I knew their faces however and bit by bit they appeared. Not even pois some of them but still their pics appeared in msm or at least not known poi's

How were any of the people you mention connected to William though? And especially for him to be targeted? And why in Kendall at that particular time for what was supposedly a surprise visit?

Sorry but there just seems to be a real disconnect there from my perspective.

These people were seen by me one year after Williams abduction. Every one noted carefully because of who i saw in their company. I wil leave it with that.

Yes, I think that’s wise. I, for one, have ‘heard’ more than enough.

Okay, I am just going to slow us down here a bit.

The grant that GAPA received was back in 2009. Not 2015 when Taylor Auerbach published the info.

I recall that we previously found info that the grant was given to establish a camp for the GAPA people and children. (Just not finding the link at the moment ... but I will :) ).

Mr Bickford was recently named the Mid-North Coast’s senior volunteer of the year in the NSW 2009 Volunteer of the Year awards.
President for two-and-a-half years of local group GAPA – Grandparents as Parents Again – his passion and commitment to helping other grandparents and families has been well acknowledged.
His vision for a respite camp for grandparents and children at Bonny Hills will come to fruition in December.

(thanks for this link, Thebottomline, it reminded me)

By 2014 the govt funds for such things were drying up, as per this article ....
Quilters stitch to support grandparents

As members of the group Grandparents As Parents Again (GAPA) they will benefit from a $15,000 funding boost from the state government.

The money will go toward an annual respite camp the support group runs at the Bonny Hills Convention Centre.

Last year’s respite camp was funded through barbecues and contributions from GAPA members.

This $15,000 windfall, provided through discretionary funding by the NSW Community Services Minister Linda Burney, means the Grahams – and other members – can attend without having to dip into their own pockets.

“It was such a relief when we heard we had this money,” Mrs Graham said.

“Most of us [in GAPA] are on fixed incomes and you don’t know whether you can afford to go or not.”

Thanks, soso. Happy to see you back. :)
I have been searching all over for the links that you find so magically.

Yes, the govt grant(s?) was awarded years prior to 2015. Your link is so much better than the one I found. I think whoever was speaking to Whangarei was telling porky pies. A further link I found said the govt funding had dried up, and GAPA organisations were raising their own funds for camps and such by at least 2014.

wasn't the person interviewed in feb 2018 a niece of one of the POis? @Whàngarei

Was the discretionary funding a one off, a kick start to get the respite camps up and running? I have never seen anything that indicated it was on-going funding by the government.

If the original Grant was a State Gov Grant, why were they in Victoria seeking this Grant?

This was published on day one of the bail appeal hearing, and then the other article about the brother going surety of $100,000 was the following day when he was granted bail. I am guessing if the initial amount wasn't enough, then BS sought more money from his brother. Therefore making both articles correct at the time they were published. IMO
