AFAIK their lists are based on MSM reports of their offences.

OK. So no idea whether the police/govt try to stop them from exposing child sex offenders?

That’s up to users to judge and to check the website’s sources.

I watched a program last night of children who were abducted, & eventually escaped - sometimes years later, from their captors. Mostly in the USA, Austria & Brussels. AFAIK nothing like this has come to light in Australia? I hope this hasn't happened to WT, but the light at the end of the tunnel is perhaps he'd escape & live to tell the tale? Horrible subject i know, but better than death?? Usually underground (eg bunkers), or in remote bush area.... any thoughts?

BBM I thought most of us were judging purely on what's available in msm and in certain courts / legal documents.

Yeah I agree entirely

The whole point is that there is nothing to say the police know what happened to WT

That’s what was said to be “evident”.

Everything we do is planned. There is strategy behind every time we talk to the media and every inquiry we do. It's not done in an ad hoc fashion.

“We've got a deliberate plan and it was coordinated at this time because it suited the investigation.”
Direct quote GJ

Last search they did & how the search team abruptly move to the second search location, was due to evidence coming to light of a POI/suspect being in that vicinity.
The amount of resources they put into both searches, indicates they have a very good idea of who’s responsible and everything they do is planned. It’s one thing to know, it’s another proving it.

i looked at their facebook page. not bad...

I haven’t. (I don’t do FB. Too many social media influencers who confuse fiction for fact.)

You can still take a look on their general pages - no need for social media

Police say they haven't uncovered any evidence that William was ever at this location, which is about 4 km away from where he was last seen in 2014.

However, they say information that will assist in their investigation has been found, and that "someone out there" knows why police searched at this specific location and may be feeling the heat.

Detective Inspector Gary Jubelin has made a direct appeal to the people close to this person, asking them to come forward.

"This person may be feeling the pressure from the intensity of the investigation," he told media at Batar Creek.

yes i know. It was interesting they only searched a smallish area at Batar Creek. 800 or 900 square metres if IRC. To me, this means a person of interest stopped there, but not for too long. MOO. perhaps to retrieve something?

Not really. It’s possible but unprecedented for a stereotypical (non-family) abduction in Australia AFAIK.

Hopefully if this is what has happened to William, he will escape; yes. Better than death? That’s an ethical question I’m not prepared to answer on behalf of his loved ones.

Unprecedented... but that does that it increase it chances? No, i know. I think it will be horrible either way :(

No, just because an event is rare doesn’t make it more likely to happen (as far as I remember from stats).

I wish we knew. Poor little boy. And his loved ones. I can’t imagine what they’re going through. Whoever took William has a lot of grief to answer for.
