bill spedding residence - Google Search:

I wonder where this was taken? I thought they were renting a brick home?

I have been looking at all kinds of pics of the residence, on Google Earth as well. The rear of the house is brick, and I cannot see any wood structure nearby.

Last Monday began like any other for Mr Spedding. He was sitting on the back porch planning his work schedule as his wife prepared to take their grandchildren to the park.

But at 7.30am their world turned upside down after their youngest grandson walked outside and said: “Nan, there are lots of cars out the front”.

Homicide detectives and forensic officers had arrived to execute a search warrant at their home.

‘I never hurt William’

On January 19 a large team of forensic detectives turned up at the 63-year-old's Bonny Hills house, near Port Macquarie, and literally began digging for evidence

Not sure, looking now but I thought I saw one under a carport structure. I could be mistaken too.

I am not seeing a carport of any kind on Google Earth. Have looked from every available angle. Street view (from 2008 is all that is available) and satellite views from several different dates, including 2018.

Ah, so Spedding's property searches likely were spread out from Monday 19th through Wednesday 21st or so.

I am not able to open the link that you provided ... says "Sorry, we couldn't find that page".

If the white vehicle belongs to Col Youngberry, do you have any idea what the 3rd car is that was taken from Spedding's property for forensic testing?

Yesterday, police searched the rented Wandoo Place property on the NSW mid-north coast before bringing in diggers to excavate the yard, as well as a fire pit and the septic tank.
Three cars were seized and towed away from the property yesterday and are being examined by forensic experts for any links to the three-year-old who has been missing for more than four months.

I was saying car A the maroon 4wd with roof racks in your posts was the car I believed to be on loan from Col.

So maybe the cars seized were the work van, white bus and the maroon ford

This image of Spedding's rented residence is from 22 Nov 2014 on Google Earth.

Looks like there are two porches/structures extending from the rear of the property. Perhaps one of the structures has some kind of wooden walls/siding on it, hence the wooden walls seen in P&G's posted pic.

There is also a white vehicle in front of the house, and what looks to be a dark patch (vehicle?) off to the top right side of the house. With the boat perhaps along the left side of the house.

Next available pic is 11 May 2016 - no vehicles at all - perhaps they had moved out by then, as the grandchildren were gone at that point.

On September 13, a day after the boy went missing, Mr Spedding shared a photo of William with the message: "Keep a lookout for him".

I had forgotten BS had posted a photo and message the day after William went missing.

Yes. Then later "Hey, I think I have been there". Was that said before or after he posted the photo and message? I wonder who the relative is that informed the media and/or police of that.

According to a relative, the first time Mr Spedding had mentioned the baffling case was when he saw William’s grandmother’s home on television news reports and said “hey, I think I’ve been there”.

Not my theory, I'm just trying to work out names  Only one I can think of.

I think you are likely correct, but I don't know that I can see that theory being a reality.

Way too many people involved in the 'chain'. Way too much chance for someone to spill to save their own neck ... especially over this long of a period, 4 years, $1,000,000.

I don't believe that this was an intricate crime with many players. No secrets in big groups, always the chance of a squealer imo.

I'm still stuck on a couple of those names too, sleep. Annoying the heck out of me!

Geez ... there are a lot of mothers and grandmothers in that mix. One would think that some of them would have a heart to not aid or keep a secret about a little stolen boy, feel some empathy for all the parents of William. Feel some empathy for William himself.

This is way too crowded of a scenario for me.

The less people in the know, the greater chance of keeping this quiet ... for 4 long years, and through intense police pressure. Do all of these people want to face prosecution and prison, and for what benefit to them? If they were greedy for financial reward, there is a cool mill up for the taking.

I think that's the shed being built Soso - the one that had newly laid concrete in SA's google pic.

Yeah KISS, but then again if they are all involved maybe they won't speak because they all face a prison term for being involved one way or another.

I've often wondered though many times, about the only person who heard them that morning if an accident happened that dreadful morning and was covered up..that scenario would only involve maybe 2 people. A hell of a lot easier for only 2 people to keep a secret rather than a circle in the know. Of course this statement is My Own Opinion
