Yeah KISS, but then again if they are all involved maybe they won't speak because they all face a prison term for being involved one way or another.

Someone in a larger group would speak imo.

There is always a weak link, someone who always has more to lose than another, someone who is more greedy for a reward, someone who gets ticked off at another in the group and changes their mind about keeping quiet.

I think that the police might offer immunity and protection to a squealer. If it means catching the main culprit and finding William.

I've often wondered though many times, about the only person who heard them that morning if an accident happened that dreadful morning and was covered up..that scenario would only involve maybe 2 people. A hell of a lot easier for only 2 people to keep a secret rather than a circle in the know. Of course this statement is My Own Opinion

Do you mean the one person that heard them would be one of these 2 people?

What sort of 'accident' do you mean?

I think that's the shed being built Soso - the one that had newly laid concrete in SA's google pic.
Now I am really confused.

bill spedding residence - Google Search:

I wonder where this was taken? I thought they were renting a brick home?

The plants just seemed familiar.

So is there a timber back porch or not? Wasn't the shed being built, metal frame?

Keep in mind that police/prosecutors do offer immunity at times - particularly if it means finding missing persons.

In November 2016, police gained permission from the NSW Attorney-General to offer Mr Atkins immunity from perjury offences, after it became clear he lied to the inquest.
The man who buried his body 10 years ago and lied about it for more than nine years will not be going to jail, because of a deal made by police with approval from grieving parents Mark and Faye Leveson, who just wanted to find their son.
He buried the body and lied to police, but Michael Atkins won't go to jail — here's why

Police have indeed offered immunity and protection.

"If you've got information regarding William's disappearance and you've got concerns that you could be potentially complicit in the offence, by concealing the offence, that offence will be negated the moment you come to police," he said.

"That's a big ticket item that you can consider, if you have been sitting on this information."

Inspector Jubelin said anyone who came forward would have their identity protected, and he would personally guarantee the safety of any informants.

Ahh .. thanks, JLZ. I had forgotten about that statement.
So immunity and protection are on the table.

I think there may be a timber back porch. I think the separate shed was being built a bit further away from the house, and was still just a metal frame during the police search.

William Spedding claims he had nothing to do with William Tyrell disappearance

I think your half right :p The blue strip of colour would be the back deck (shade cloth?), the building behind is the new shed.

I think there is a timber back deck, you can pick out the trampoline in these pics, and angle of the pics make sense (well sort of).

Yes, it doesn't really match up. As William's scent apparently stopped at the boundary, so any passing vehicle would likely not be involved.

Plus the distance from a neighbour's house to grandma's house is fairly substantial, for a vehicle to be backing up that far.

It points more to William having been picked up and put into a vehicle imo.
Yes that's what I've always thought happened too, SA. IMHO.

BBM,IMO If someone was ballsy enough to grab WT and throw him into a vehicle they would of quickly hauled a** out of there and taken off in a hurry. But no one heard anything? I'm not really sure that happened?

<modsnip: snipped quote that was removed>
It also depends what MSM article you read. Some earlier ones stated no scent of WT detected at all and others state scent was detected to the driveway?
You would think they could at least get their stories straight. IMO

Isn't there a car that was said to be in the street and drove out fast at some point but has not been identified?

This whole case is too convoluted to me IMO. Never followed one like it ever.
Isn't there a car that was said to be in the street and drove out fast at some point but has not been identified?
Sorry don't remember exactly about that one? Where would a vehicle have pulled up to grab WT? Where was he exactly at the time?

I think we'd find that William's scent is referred to as not going beyond the property boundary in most articles.

I haven't actually seen the scent stopping at the driveway - or even the front yard - mentioned anywhere, other than the driveway being mentioned in a comment by a person on another forum. And I believe that info is incorrect.

Unless there is an MSM link somewhere that I have missed?

The police searched every house in the estate that surrounds Benaroon Drive several times. The police detection dogs were brought in and they managed to detect Tyrrell's scent, but only within the boundaries of the backyard.

One vehicle is a green or grey sedan that drove past the Benaroon Drive house about 9am while William and his sister were riding bikes in the driveway.

Det Insp Jubelin said the car drove into the quiet cul-de-sac, did a u-turn in the neighbour's driveway and drove out of the street.

The second sighting was of a four-wheel-drive driving out of Benaroon Drive about 10.30am - when William vanished - and was later seen speeding down another Kendall street.

Not sure if it has been identified by now. Police don't seem to say anything as a follow up about these types of things (the cars, the searches, anything).

Officers also want to identify another two vehicles that were seen travelling in Benaroon Drive around the time William was last seen.

One was described as a dark green or greyish-coloured sedan.
"That drove past the driveway of 48 Benaroon Drive, when William and his sister were riding their bikes on the driveway on the morning of his disappearance," Detective Inspector Jubelin said.
"That vehicle did a u-turn shortly after driving past the driveway, then drove out of Benaroon Drive.

"We also have reports of a four-wheel-drive leaving Benaroon Drive around the time that William disappeared."
He said investigators were interested in any information regarding a four-wheel-drive in the area due to independent information received.

"[That information was about a] four-wheel-drive that was speeding in the vicinity of Benaroon Drive, shortly after the time of William's disappearance," Detective Inspector Jubelin said.
Police have urged anyone to pass on any suspicions they have about a person to investigators.

Sniffer dogs and cadaver dogs found no scent in the yard, fuelling fears he may have been abducted.

Odd in that article the dogs found No scent of WT in the yard if he had been playing there that morning?

This car gets very little attention, given the timing, hasn't been mentioned as being ruled out that I know of.
