Sorry, it’s annoying when you accidentally hit the reply button and can’t go back .
If you do that, just select the text and delete it, then click on the little floppy disk icon at the top of your post and click ‘Delete draft’. Don’t click ‘Post Reply’.

Do I recall from our prior sleuthing they had an early assembly for the younger kids or something to that effect?
From personal experience in education, I can verify that school assemblies start at all different times, depending on the occasion, weather, guest speakers- all manner of things.

And it’s very common practice to have staggered parades / assemblies. Nothing unusual at all in that.

However, we can to and fro and speculate, but I reckon we can bet our boots that LE verified the parade / assembly time pretty early in the investigation. IMO. We’ll find out their findings in due course. IMO

Ok so just texted my relative who is a telco and he said regardless of reception phones would still ping off towers. Just cause you don’t get clear reception to talk makes no difference to the pings
And a Skype call is different to a phone call. As in sometimes you can FaceTime and hear and talk without an actual face in bad reception area

I was hoping that you would comment, with your experience.
I always remember the school principal refusing to comment on Spedding's attendance. Not that they would be able to do so due to policy, but in a small country town a simple yes would have been so easy and maybe allowable (if Spedding was there).

I experience that sometimes when chatting with an overseas friend. Apparently, my image disappears from FT but they can still hear me, and I still see and hear them.

Well thanks, BL. That's new information that I don't remember from earlier. Something the old ordinary layman like me mighn't know, but it sure would be valuable info for investigators. IMO

Yes , I guess I was pointing more to why people were aging Kendall has bad reception etc but others claimed it was fine, it was in defence of ff having to drive to make a Skype call. Sorry I think I replied to wrong post ! But yes he said regardless of ‘actual talk reception’ is different to tracing a phone and it’s whereabouts .

Thanks BL, and of course the ff doesn't have to defend that anyway, seeing that they (ff - and bf for that matter) have been cleared. As we've been told over and over. Trying to find a link, as I am expecting rebuttals. Do you have one handy, soso?

It is also possible to track a phone's path by its GPS tracking, even when a phone is turned off ... if its location services were on.

And before I get the backlash by some, I will add in IMO or his OP. Not gospel but informative to hear .

Remember it's your choice what you respond to. If someone asked me for a link to prove the foster family were cleared, I wouldn't give it one minute of my time.

Absolutely not, that was why I was saying talk reception is very different to Skype reception . I totally understand ff need to drive further for reception for a Skype call

I hope JLZ you weren’t referring to my post ! I was posting in defence of ff and his taking his Skype call elsewhere. When I said IMO not his I was talking about my previous post of my family member who is a telco

The media have to be be given clearance to be on school property, just like any other visitors. They have to report to the admin office and get past the sometimes very formidable office ladies - they do a fantastic job in keeping our kids safe.

Of course they could ambush the Principal or staff outside the school, which should lead to a well rehearsed 'no comment' regardless of the situation.

Having said all of that, the locals and school staff and admin would definitely know if they were there or not. IMO and from my experience. And as a consequence, so would Jubes & co. IMO

I would also think that the school staff would want to shield the children from the publicity that this alibi has put upon this school. Detectives, perhaps, coming into the school to speak with the principal/teachers, gossip spreading amongst the children - perhaps affecting the grandchildren also, among their peer group.

If only this question did not hang in the air. Was Spedding there? That is why I would have hoped that some kind of notification could have been made that this part of his alibi was verified (if it was verified).
