You were the one who asked the question, not me.
With all due respect, Karinna, it was you who suggested referring to a moderator. Please see. Your post #922.

I was asking a question in a respectful manner. IMO, and m
Not at all trying to be inflammatory. Simply asking for clarification as per your post, with all due respect.

BBM, I am not privy to her questions if she has any but i can only speculate on it.
Just wondering what you’re speculating? You’re allowed to do that as you well know, as long as you say IMO. But you were the one who brought it up, Karinna, with all due respect. It hadn’t been mentioned prior to that, so I’m genuinely interested to know what it is you think she’d like to ask. I really think that’s a fair question, as we’re not mind readers and are just asking for clarification. IMO.

Not only that, there’s a link to a news report on Channel 7. Oh ugh!

He seemed much calmer back then (the vid). He seemed a little rushed/frustrated following the recent direction hearing.
imo

Peter O'Brien knows the in and outs of Legal Aid very well, also. He was senior counsel there for a couple of years. I guess he would know how to get Legal Aid for representing Spedding at the inquest. May have a few buddies within Legal Aid still.

He seems to like the publicity. Maybe he thinks it will build his practise. I don't think I have ever seen a lawyer put stuff like that on their website before.

All comes back to ‘who you know,’ sometimes, SA, or what’s in it for the players involved.

He seemed downright snarky with MSM after the Directions Hearing IMO.

Well my line of thinking is how well informed is KT of what has been going on in her child's investigation and are LE keeping her informed seeing as WT was in state care? It seems the FP's are constantly updated from what has been stated in MSM previously, but maybe KT not so much?
Perhaps she has some questions pertaining to all that?

Maybe he is feeling the heat, and feeling a little run down. Representing Spedding at the inquest. Representing Spedding at defamation (presumably). Representing Spedding at the child sex cases.

Now he has to face some top barristers at the inquest, people who may be able to outplay his game.

Could you please supply a link to verify that, please Karinna? TIA.

Karlie didn’t attend and wasn’t legally represented at the Directions Hearing—neither was Brendan—AFAIK.
So what does that mean exactly?

He got the trifecta.
Now, what do you advise your client to do at this up coming inquest?

After all his efforts at the defamation hearings the media are still hounding Spedding? Asking him why he needs a lawyer ....

I don’t know. Maybe one of the news organisations BS is suing asked him the question, maybe he was cranky that the Directions Hearing didn’t start on time—who knows?
