Sexual deviancy, specifically the paraphilia of violent sexual fantasies involving children, turns to probable murder when the person who is experiencing said fantasies’ thoughts become actions, and the opportunistic child victim of those fantasies has been missing for a long period of time say, more than 4 years. Now could we stop dealing in semantics please?

It turns to probable murder when it does BO... there's no time period I'm aware of. There is something here i am not getting that you guys are, so just relax, i wasn't playing with semantics intentionally. I'm open to anything... I can't understand why it may upset you, but that's ok. I just didn't really get @Thebottomline 's question... "when does sexual deviancy turn to probable murder"? It's an open ended question with hundreds of permeations and so open to conjecture and whatnot. Just be comfortable with the fact that i didn't really get the question - and that should be ok too, as no-one really knows the answer

I don’t buy info stats of what it takes ro become a sexual offender before a killer. I buy into whatever it takes for the offender not to be caught .

I don’t think this is an A plus B equals something case. It’s not all textbook
exactly.... and that's why they have philosophy - just my point

Nope certainly not me but the perpetrator may have been thinking life over life . One or the others .
i'm pretty sure that would be the case.... i agree

Can someone please give an updated timeline on Williams disappearance? Including what we know as fact about WS whereabouts at the time? Witnesses etc. I always thought he had something to do with it but I’m not so sure anymore. Something seems off. Tyia

Didn't police say the search last year was to assist the coroner and to rule something out, rather than to look for something?

Yes, the more I think about this, the more I think Mr Savage may know something.

The June 2018 search was right in the vicinity of his home (as well as grandma's) and where he was walking with his dog on the morning that William disappeared.
Who knows what he knows? Only he does .. and maybe the police and Coroner.

BN I meant the search they left the original search zone to conduct, they rushed over to search a new area in an area too far for William to have taken himself to.

That’s what I am thinking SA

also little william suffered from asthma so any violence towards him may have triggered a fatal attack, the person may have intended to return him afterwards, poor baby, he must have been terrified

That’s what I believe happened, I don’t think William survived for very long after he was taken.

One person I’d like to see appear at the inquest, is the tenant or owner of the strange little house opposite grandmother’s house. He seems to have flown totally under the radar.
I dont think we even knew if the person living there was tenant or owner.

Whoever needs to be there to finally tell the truth and either find William, or get answers for his families.

I’m interested to know who sleuthers here would like to see appear at inquest.

The owners/drivers of the white 4WD and the car that did a U-turn.
Every neighbour who has since moved out of the street
Every neighbour who would need to drive past #48 to exit the street
Every neighbour who was in ear shot of #48
Every person who came to #48 in the days leading up to the 12th
Every person who had an appointment in the Street that day
Every friend and acquaintance of JDR who has since left the area
An unnamed person who lives further down the street.

That's my starting list

It would be interesting to know if anyone actually was living there at the time. Or if the house was empty. Tenant/owner having moved out by the time William disappeared (seeing that the interior house photos that were available on r/e sites looked like they were taken as someone was moving).

Mr. & Mrs. Wilson (next door neighbours)
The woman on the street who said she was unloading groceries from her car at the time when he disappeared.
The man who was mowing his lawn at the time when he disappeared.
The first officer on the scene.
The shop owner who had the interaction with the 'well dressed man' on the morning he disappeared.
The owner of that odd little house which came for sale shortly afterward, in which I believe a single male lived.
The neighbour who owned the home in which those 2 vehicles with open windows were parked in front of on the morning he disappeared.
The people who saw the car do the u-turn.
The people who saw/heard the 4WD speeding out of the neighbourhood.
The forensic IT specialist(s) who examined the cellphones of FM and BS.
A representative from Laurieton PS to advise the exact time of the assembly that day, as it is contradicted; also to advise if BS' grandchild was receiving an award that day (and which grade that grandchild was in, since the assembly times seemed to vary depending on which grades children were in).
The owner of Buzz Cafe and the principal of Laurieton PS to find out when were they asked to confirm BS' attendance that morning - whether it was within days, or 4 months later as has been reported.
FGM to confirm whether or not she had advised BS that specifically the grandchildren were to arrive on the Friday, as opposed to having generic visitors on the Friday. Also to confirm where the adults and the sister were, at the crucial time he disappeared.
A representative from the cellphone companies to confirm location pings of various cellphones that morning, and whether there were any unidentified in the area at the time (not sure if that is possible?).

I’m interested to know who sleuthers here would like to see appear at inquest.
The first detectives on scene, including DS Vanessa Partridge and Supt Paul Fehon. I’d like to know what they found (or didn’t find) that made them think ‘Something’s not right.’, (or words to that effect).
