Very odd question. FACS file photos would be available for authorised staff members. I am taking the question to be asked in the vein of the particular male FACS worker had shown pic to unauthorised pers or persons or a member of the public.

It doesn't happen often Papertrail, but I'm with you on this one :)

William Tyrrell inquest told that evidence will show toddler 'was likely taken'
The court was played a video of a police interview with the foster father almost a week after the toddler vanished from his foster grandmother's home at Kendall on September 12, 2014.

It shows him leading a detective to a wire fence at the edge of the Benaroon Drive property and telling the police officer "it would be too hard" for William to climb over it.

"He knows his limitations, he has asthma and he would start coughing, he never wanders, he is not a wanderer, he just doesn't do it," he said.

& now we have heard that facs knew about the family trips to Kendall, maybe there was a reason the court heard about this staff member taking photos

And imo it is possible the person shown the pic reported to cops including discussion at the time.

I wonder if the implication is there is a link between FACS staff and William's disappearance behind that question to the man :(

So FACS reps knew the exact date foster family were arriving into Kendall. Foster parents were posed a question in one of the documentaries asking a particular question who knew of the Kendall trip. I cannot recall an answer that indicated FACS. That info may not have been revealed on police advice or request.

I can't move on from the "Staff Member" taking photo's of William in his Spiderman Costume. For starters, he said he never showed anyone the photo's, that means, it cannot have been for file purposes to prove William was happy, healthy and well cared for. Otherwise he'd have explained that, surelyyyy! Besides, that Spiderman Costume covers at least 95% of Williams body and if he had a bruise or two from an accident or whatever, those bruises would not be seen as they would be covered up by the costume, so a photo of him wearing it does not prove one way or the other that he is being well care for. Just not buying it! Uggh! :( Sorry guys, this photo issue really rubs me the wrong way! :(

William Tyrrell’s foster mother tells inquest she saw two cars parked outside her mother’s Kendall home when she woke on the morning of the toddlers disappearance. “I thought, ‘that’s odd’.. because I’ve never known to be cars parked on that street, ever”. @9NewsSyd

I guess that verifies the fact that the car sighting did actually happen then if it’s mentioned on record at the inquest!

We've always known that any trips had to be authorised by FACS, nothing new. The problem could be who in FACS knew IMO
