Question about timing. The text message FF sent, we think about 10:30. Did FM read this before FF got home, or was she preoccupied searching for William? Or did she receive it before she noticed William was missing, and if that's the case, was he present, or potentially already disappeared? And what time actually was the message? (Would there be a record? I don't text.) It seems like this would narrow down the time of the disappearance and with so much happening in a few minutes, it seems it would help.

Not sure when FM read the msg, but yes there would be a record of when it was sent.

ETA The Police would know what time it was sent.

Thank you. And she'd been taking photos with her phone, so it was probably handy where they were sitting on the verandah (porch). So probably she had started looking for William by 10:30. Which might mean he'd been taken as early as 10:25.

Ive noticed PS is the popular man of the street

I have been mulling over why PS could be a focus of questions. What if he has given evidence or a statement about seeing or hearing something on the day but police know (or suspect) a POI has given contradictory evidence or a statement. Could the questioning about PS's whereabouts on the day be used to confirm that he was actually where he said he was therefore potentially blowing holes in another person's claims? Just food for thought.

lol - It's only day 4. The initial happenings, August will be more about the investigation and POI's etc.

Lol I know but August seems such a long way away. i was always the kid who wanted to open Xmas presents in November I dont know why they say patience is a virtue.

The court heard after they were found by the authorities, the biological mother continued to have supervised contact visit with William and his sister in the months after. @10Daily @10NewsFirst

The Family Court then ruled William’s biological mother would be able to see William and his sister six times a year on an ongoing basis. She was also able to ask for more contact visits “if it was going well”, which she did. @10Daily

The biological mother is asked if she knew the surname of his foster carers and she responded “I think so”. But tells the court she did not know any details about the addresses of them or their extended family. @10Daily
