Good thinking TBL!
I’m sure I’m not the only one, our LE would I’m sure have someone dedicated to doing just that. You’d hope so anyway. I’d be very worried if I was one of these posters on SM

I love hearing hugs were exchanged.

Me, too! Nobody else can feel what the parents are feeling, and I am glad that they have had a chance to share the same space together. They will have seen the genuine nature of each other's feelings for little William.

And yet he doesn't trust her on when the photograph was taken.
But is he being fed these questions to ask from others ? I’m concerned for him for who he has around him.

May not yet be strong enough to break totally free of his 'environment'. But seems to have empathy for FM, and she for him.

Yes I see him being fed a lot of rubbish from a certain group.IMO

SA we’ve come a full bloody circle from first thinking he was lost, abducted by loved ones, then abducted by one of the 1000’s of Pt. Mac pedophiles now back to a woman taking him.
Imagine the pain his mums and dads are feeling.

It certainly does look like it 'full circle' TGY. I was dumbstruck when I saw this:

I'd expect him to be less independent of them when they're all in the courtroom together, than in his private communications with his lawyer, who would exert a rational influence herself. But you may be right.

Unbelievable pain ... I cannot even imagine. :(

Her pain prior to surgery IMO would have been pretty much unbearable to walk on. I know people who've undergone similar (& as she described - bone on bone )
I'm surprised she could walk around like that - up & down stairs, across the road etc.

Personally, I had spinal surgery just over 12 months ago. Prior to, I could barely walk from the nerve pain in my leg.

I couldn't have done that walk, but I also wasn't medicated to point of 'memory loss' before or after ( I was working right up to, and from home, a few weeks after)

I could see it going something like this .... "But what harm would it do to look into this, to be absolutely certain?"
He may not have realised that The Australian would blow it up to be bigger than Ben Hur, or that it could stall the inquest.

Apparently, his lawyer refused to comment on what she had requested in the courtroom.
But someone got word to The Australian .... and just The Australian, it seems.

Ms Swift’s application was made in open court shortly before the inquest was suddenly adjourned for seven months. The subject matter wasn’t revealed, and Ms Swift refused to comment.

What I have seen is still there. In fact it's been added to since I viewed it before lunchtime today. I'm not talking about Facebook.
I also believe this person has already been in jail and isn't about to go or isn't currently there for the harassment.
You would think it would be removed

Problem is that there are no private convos , they are involved in them also from what I have seen

I hope your pain is better these days Warshawki :)

There's a song by Leonard Cohen called "Hallelujah" which was popularised by k.d. lang: the chorus would be good for a choir to sing because it's pretty simple. One of the witnesses at the inquest said the song brought her to tears (or something along those lines), and this k.d. lang song could do that - it's melancholy and stirring. I think if I heard a whole choir of children singing it I'd be bawling, put it that way.

Ummm ..that's a thought Storm Bird. I absolutely love that song & heard k.d. sing it at a concert attendance my kids gifted me.
I agree -it'd be awesome to hear that from all the kids. .

However it sounded to me as if 'well, they sang Hallelujah'
- like - they always sing Hallelujah ..
IMO

All this about "news" about the photo is coming from one Journo, who has a strong affiliation with a group of nasty women who really are hell bent of destroying the Foster Family  IMO.

It was clearly stated at the inquest that the photos were taken on a digital camera ( there were 5 photos taken that morning actually )

To see the way they acted at the inquest, including interfering with witnesses, was appalling. The death stares directed at the FFC & the mocking at times, of them & anyone else who doesn't toe the line with their agenda was so obvious ( even to the coroner IMO )

It's a damn shame that this group has latched on to the Bio family to further their own agenda.

I'll also add that the Bio father was seen many times talking to the FFC & them giving each other a hug , much to the disgust of these nasty women.

I have a lot of respect for the way the Bio dad has handled himself at this inquest, despite the circus that surrounds him.

It's time this group was pulled into line ..........:(:(

William is lost in all this, as Jubes said to me there are people in that court room who are not here for William.........
I’ve kept ALL my screenshots of everything posted.
Well done

I got the impression Hallelujah was only sung at this assembly.

Lawyers for Bill Spedding, a NSW mid-north coast repairman and one-time person of interest in the disappearance of William Tyrrell, say they will sue NSW Police over his treatment and damage to his reputation.

Mr Spedding's lawyer Peter O'Brien on Friday confirmed to AAP legal action would be taken against police on the grounds of malicious prosecution, misfeasance in public office and collateral abuse of process.

The claim is set to be filed next week.

Spedding to sue NSW Police over treatment - 9News

It's as clear as mud TGY - there's a law to be challenged no matter what !

It is an action against the holder of a public office, alleging in essence that the office-holder has misused or abused their power

This'll be a fun time for Peter O'Brien ..

Surely he must've done a deal with BS for a % of any winnings, otherwise how is Bill funding this. ( no wonder Peter wanted to leave the inquest ASAP. That would've been considerable billings)

All of course just my own thoughts & opinions .
