Could be ... walking next to the police officer.

I noticed another guy in a black and white shirt later in the video, too. Likely not Savage. This guy is riding a horse and has a vest over his shirt.

Maybe there were a few black and white flannel shirts out there during the searches.
Yes, not exactly a unique item of clothing :D Looks similar to PS though and I wondered if that was one of the tracks off Benaroon Drv in the footage and an area PS would have likely searched.

Seeing the footage got me thinking about the coroner’s request to media for photos & video of the original and forensic searches. Was she looking for something in particular or was it more general, perhaps hoping for a clue to take them in a new direction. I hope all the news outlets provided everything they had.

Interesting with Savage, as you say, the Coroner wanted to know who saw him and when, yet he claims he was with the mysterious Caravan Lyn for about half an hour, and she does not seem to have appeared on the list of witnesses. I would have thought she was an important witness. Of course she could have appeared under a pseudonym. Which makes her even more of a mystery.

Just wondering how to come across the witness list & pseudonyms? I have tried - but I get a lot of MSM articles

I wonder about the recent attention re Frank Abbott... Given his caravan & its location was searched only recently, is he a 'new' suspect? And AFAIK this search arose from the findings at the most recent inquest? (not sure about that but it seems so MOO). I wonder if he & PS are buddies?

Called in to a pedophile to give the tip?
I would guess: this. First person of the "relay team", which began their mission possible? MOO
Do we know, if he had a special burner phone?

This relates to a discussion beginning with whether Lyn was called to the inquest and if not why not. Some people guessed that PS had not spent half an hour with Lyn that morning and the question arose as to why he would lie about it. One hypothesis might be that he was engaged in another visit or contact he couldn't admit, but had to account for the time taken being longer than his usual walk. If Lyn was on board with the lie he might even have gone in quite another direction.

My theory is, that maybe there was an order by someone unknown to take little W. So it was something like "a mission" to take him and pass the child from one person to another (maybe members of a certain "ring") and let little W disappear within the first days of abduction.
"Mission Possible" was some creative freedom, I took.

Did have PS a burner phone (maybe "ring" members have such, IF he is one)? Do we know? - That was my question; there isn't more to it.
-.-.-
My theory might be completely wrong, of course, and PS might be just a neighbor.

JLZ was it (apologies if incorrect - dementia etc ! )

Oh wow - could we not have just said that ?

'Lyn' the 'unknown' - to us it seems; but my guess is that excuse or otherwise is surely fully explored by the investigating team! If not. .. ??

I guess with his wife now passed its not such a big deal to mention other engagements, however at the time of William's disappearance it was a different circumstance.
Wondering when 'Lyn' came to the fore ?

My apologies From Germany - I'm always playing catch-up & also missing important bits . Not sure why I don't get all posts live!

Anyway, thanks for your explanation & I now understand your thoughts.

Likewise, I believe this was a planned abduction.

However other than that I'm at a loss.

The peodaphile ring seems rife in the area, but it doesn't sit well with my thoughts of this being 'planned' ... .. with all the kids in the area why pick this 'blow in' ?

Why indeed ? That answer should provide the far greater answer.

Prayers & Blessings always for this little Man and all those who invested their hearts & wellbeing toward him, and also His.

If you click on the arrow after (eg) "JLZ said:" at the start of a quote, it will take you to the post. At least that works on my system.

Or not gone at all. If it was planned he could have been watching and waiting. He wouldn't know when the children would be going to be playing outside. This, of course, assumes he was either the abductor or the informant in a planned abduction, rather than someone trying to cover up an accident or a spur of the moment incident. If indeed he had anything to do with it at all.

We gotta think laterally lol. Sometimes I have no idea of what is going on...especially with regard to suspects. There is a person (probably persons) not named or mentioned in the media, on the witness list. I wonder how a person can apply for this - a good lawyer/barrister perhaps? An intelligent person who can give forward a reason that is accepted by the coroner? I looked up how to go about this - but there's so many redirections I had to give up looking. A profiler from Canberra, a female IIRC - said the perp is very cunning in her opinion - MOO

"It has been reported that among the 19 men on the list who are not police officers is the name of a male person of interest who has not previously been identified or mentioned in public".

"Earlier, the inquest heard the boy was most likely abducted by a “sneaky, complex offender”

Bones, speargun found in Tyrrell search

Probably Donohoe, who had not yet been named at the date of the article. Possibly Abbott, who had long ago featured in relation to past offences, but not in relation to William.

I find myself at all levels of emotions when I think of William..and then his family.
I admire their strength in such devastating circumstances. .but then they no doubt be so strong in respect of the other young ones around the.

Just to give some background for anyone coming in now:
Wiki says: Disappearance of William Tyrrell - Wikipedia

News:

Doubt over William Tyrrell foster mother's claim two cars seen in street

I'm so sure the 'so much more' will come to the fore, and those responsible will pay.
Just ask Brett Cowan, Daniel Holdom & all the other oxygen & $$ wasters that we provide a safe life for - despite their lack of entitlement (IMO)

Also, if a person is under sub judice - because they are/were involved in a case that is/was awaiting trial - could be another reason why a person hadn't previously been mentioned in the media. imo
