My theory being based on ff arriving home around 10:30/10:35 and immediately looking and calling out.. he headed in the direction wt was last playing and that led him straight to Crabbs house.. the crabbs must have left sometime between then and 11 as police had yet to arrive but neighbours were on the alert and looking and arrived back in the street just after 11...

BBM, I don't think so. First he did 'laps' of the street and then according to the video he searched the Millers' back yard and the general area toward Ellendale. Practically the opposite direction from the Crabbs'.

The court heard Savage got into his car immediately after the lengthy police interview with Jubelin and was captured on listening devices saying “make sure you don’t tell anyone love, they’re right after me”.

Jubelin told the court he did ask Gallyot to record a phone conversation with Savage and said “it was very simple. There was no resistance on his behalf whatsoever to record it”. He denies giving Gallyot a “stern look” and saying “just do it”.

BBM, I don't think so. First he did 'laps' of the street and then according to the video he searched the Millers' back yard and the general area toward Ellendale. Practically the opposite direction from the Crabbs'.

From my memory the foster carer/dad told the policeman on video and also pointed to where he (male carer) 1st ran and that was towards the Crabbs. The east end of the carport at 48 is open and from where the foster carer/mum said William was last seen he could have turned left and ran through the carport and directly to the Crabbs.

So Gallyot is being untruthful? WTF!

That is Jubelin's allegation only isn't it. But Jubelin did give Gallyot his personal mobile phone. Didn't Gallyot say in testimony, or was it in his written statement, there was a witness.

The NSW Comissioner’s legal team is now applying to suppress all of Jubelin’s testimony in the interim, to prevent “live reporting” of the evidence.

So now there is NO presumption Gallyot obtained his job promotion to homicide squad for writing his statement about what happened.

maybe they have further police officer statements that contradict what Jubelin is testifying in court.

He ran towards the Millers and he then went downhill as the path of least resistance and having asthma thought William wouldn't go uphill.
