Hogan is now asking Jubelin about the recordings subject to these charges, recorded on his mobile phone. He asked if they were put into the “police system” and Jubelin said they weren’t.

Hogan put to Jubelin “by not saving them, they were recordings you kept control of... if there had been some complaint about your behaviour... you had control over whether you handed these recordings over”. Jubelin told the court those conversations were also captured on the LD.

Hogan asked Jubelin why he didn’t get the other officers in the room to take notes instead of recording the phone call with Savage. He replied that “certain members of the strike force” weren’t loyal to him. Saying “I think that’s been demonstrated in court”.

Hogan put to him that he couldn’t have been protecting his own interests because police officers don’t have “personal interests” in their cases as individuals. He responded “I’m sitting here as a defendant and I don’t see any other police officer sitting here as a defendant”.

Jubelin tells the court “I’m sitting here charged because of my actions... as an individual... I very much have a personal interest”.

Yes because he individually breached the Surveillance Act of NSW. Per his charges. Which of course still has to be determined. IMO

I can't do anymore tweets today , if someone could take over that would be great :)

Even GJ on the stand during his trial - did he not admit the AVO and allegations against PS are irrelevant? So what evidence do you know to be true and factual aside from the irrelevant AVO that makes you believe PS is a child molester/abductor, likely also a killer?
bbm
the AVO is factual.
the relevance of it is opinion only.
imo it is very relevant.

Gallyot put at least one recording on the police electronic database system and that was after Jubelin told him not to save the recordings wasnt it?

In my view there is nothing relevant about the AVO and William's disappearance. The allegations raised by the female postie had nothing to do with William's disappearance. Unless you can supply a copy of such evidence.

Not sure what you mean by relevant? Relevant for when? An AVO is only granted for a period of time, it has to be reapplied for when it runs out.
If PS is no longer under an AVO which i gather he isn't as the situation has resolved, then it is currently no longer relevant. If that is what GJ was referring to?

Not a game of twister Jubelin. You said you were protecting your own interests by doing the recordings that are subject of the allegations you illegally record such on your personal mobile telephone without a supporting warrant.

I ponder whether if Jubelin had applied for a warrant for each of these recordings - would the applications have been successful.

In my view those police officers that testified in court were supporting the nsw police service and giving their personal unhindered version of events. Nice to know Jubelin expected and demanded loyalty. But what was his self opinion of loyalty? All officers must agree with Jubelin's decision regarding all aspects of a case, and if they do not that are disloyal?

In my view his responses show a fractured understanding of just where he stood legally when he made those recordings.
