Kids have amazing memories at that age and I wonder if the sister remembered something important. My kids are older teenagers who always remind us places we visited when they were little that I just can't remember anymore.
Remember in the beginning some were spitting tacks so to speak and befriended bios as well..imo I wouldn't be surprised if they have set ideas in people's heads..all my own opinion

Very interesting that the FGM's home was sold on 31st Oct 2014, only one month after William went missing. I do recall that the FGM did become unwell, but selling the house immediately is somewhat extreme?

If William is found there then surely no-one would ever purchase that hell-hole.

"Investigating a theory, and I must stress it is only a theory, that William might have fallen from the balcony."

Right now on Ch7 TV news
Journo is live at the scene
So how does that fit with "not speculative at all"?

WOW!!! Pretty calm FM!! Thanks Sniff!
Wta…?? That call doesn’t make sense to me.

I couldn’t find my daughter at the beach one day - she was on a scooter on the crowded promenade and took off while I was looking at the beach for prob 10 seconds, and when I turned around I couldn’t see her due to the people. Within 30 seconds I had asked two women to help me look for her, and after 2 minutes I called 000 and they kept me on the line. Within 5 minutes the police had arrived, I was hysterical and one of the women had found my daughter.

I can’t imagine calmly calling the police about a missing child, and then talking about a tiny freckle on his forehead as a distinguishing characteristic. That’s absurd.

I don't see the sense of covering an accident unless someone has to be protected. But I wouldn't be thinking it was Lindsey.

My point being that it would be horrible if the children were both alone on the balcony, and Lindsey is recalling that William had fallen.

Protection of all - the family unit - might have gone into effect.

I can't see any sense in any of it, to be honest. Nothing adds up.

The children were heard that morning. Within hours William is reported as missing, and very successfully.
Who came up with this elaborate plan, in such a short time period, thought to grab a pharmacy prescription to form part of an alibi, had time to dispose of a child, had time to have a work video conference, had time to get themselves together for a day (and more) of stellar play acting?

Anything from Channel 7 I don't believe at all until it's confirmed elsewhere

Can anyone recall or have any knowledge that the former foster mother's drive out of Benaroon Drive and along Batar Creek Road, prior to police arriving on scene, was mentioned anywhere in the media prior to her testimony at Coroner's Inquest? Does anyone know what car she had used?

From memory I believe she said she jumped in her mum's car and went looking, drove to the riding school, turned around and went back to her mum's IMO

I go to 7 first...they always have the goods first.
Often it will be the unsanitised version and snippets of truth you wont find elsewhere or 'cleaned up.'

Hopefully, Lindsey herself didn't help William to climb (or 'see over') a balcony railing.

Good point but she may have also observed something herself then was pressured with suggestive scenarios by an adult present at the time.
Interestingly the AVO court date listed for the FM has been removed, FF still there.

You are correct. I am thinking maybe due to the fact that her name was published in full that legal proceedings have not commenced to cancel her foster status therefore her name cannot be published. If the foster parents are separated, it could be that the male foster carer status had been cancelled hence why his full name remains published. IMO

I have found a really interesting statement analysis in the form of a transcript of the FM call to LE (posted earlier by sniff sniff). It is from 2019. I am not sure if this allowed to be posted? I can't see any mention of names except WT and the name of the phone operator. Will wait to hear if this is ok?

for those currently on WS that had not heard the former female foster carer's 000 call made at 10.56am on 12/9/2014

I don’t hear anything untoward.

The decking was in need of repair.

I understand the the small rear deck where William was photographed required re varnishing and there was no actual repair IMO, it could be seen in published photos the varnish had worn in places especially around near where foster grannie feet were. The high balcony flooring appeared to be in good order in media photographs I can recall viewing.

It could be the process of elimination.

Everyone was apparently inside at the time including sister. Mum heard one growl from William, she went outside and he was ‘gone’.

Is that when he fell?
When he went around the corner, that's where the lower part of the balcony begins. Could he have climbed on to the balcony from outside and fallen from where it was higher? Then FFC noticed the quietness and went looking for him--and found him. But she couldn't have buried him there and then in full view of the street.

Absolutely no reference by the foster mother to the 3 vehicles she later said she had seen. Even asked 3 times by the 000 operator. I have noted from what I read in media reports that no other persons driving out of Benaroon Drive during the timeline of such socalled sightings by the female foster carer, that no other person witnessed these vehicles.

Yes there are reports by socalled stress/memory specialists that have said her memory may have faltered, the obvious alternative is her memory may not have faltered.
IMO formed from current circumstances as quoted in the media today.

I believe the 1st photo published of William (the one with the bruised face) was supplied by the NSW Government's welfare authority. The foster carer's camera was handed over on the Saturday from memory. I will have to say IMO because I can't locate the media document I have read. I believe it was an actual camera not a mobile phone camera.

It was the Coroner that picked up about the metadata and timestamp issue. In 2014 William's disappearance was treated as a child lost

I think it was the Bio families lawyer that made an application requesting the Coroner to examine the balcony photo's of WT.

The Australian reported that an application to have the apparent time stamp discrepancy on the photo examined was made in court not long before the inquest was suddenly adjourned.

Maybe the story of William being scared of the tree was to throw shade on the possibility of him wanting to climb things all along :(

Yes that ‘part truth’.

She may have had William in the vehicle when she drove out of Benaroon as the direction in which she drove is now subject to major searches.
